Beachfront vacation rentals in Marina Alta

Cheryl is a great host, welcoming and helpful. The outdoor area is the best feature, the villa is very comfortable and the bed also very comfy. Linen and towels were immaculate. It is a ten minute walk to the promenade/beach and the town only a little further, for restaurants and shops. Supermarkets are close. The only negative was the pool was cold, only ventured in once, it was Nov/Dec. All in all a lovely stay.

Great Vacation!! David is a host of ten ,very friendly and was pending giving us all kinds of directions . David's home is a wonder,in a quiet development with a pool and a two-minute walk from an impressive beach of fine sand. Being already low season,not all restaurants were open but there are options to choose from. Greatly our choice and totally recommended.I 'm sure we'll be back.

We had the pleasure of spending two months at this place and it was a great experience! The location is great – the beach is very close, as is everything you need for everyday life. Especially the hinterland fascinated me, as it reminds me a lot of the area in Spain, as I met it 30 years ago on my first visit. The city itself is pleasantly quiet in the low season, which we enjoyed very much. A special highlight was Salvador: rarely have we experienced such a communicative, friendly and accommodating host. He made us feel welcome and in good hands at all times. Thank you for the time

We had a fantastic stay, Daniel is a great host and is always available for any questions you may have about the area. The property has plenty of indoor and outdoor space and is perfectly situated in a quiet area of the town with everything you need within walking distance.

We felt right at home!!! Thanks to Fernando and his wife, very helpful and kind!!! The house is very clean, new sheets and towels It exceeded our expectations, we were great!!! The beach a few steps away, we have seen beautiful sunsets and sunrises!! We will definitely be back, thank you for everything!!!

Very good experience, comfort, comfort and tranquility

Mirella is a super warm, friendly host who is always helpful and accommodating. The garden is a bijou. We felt very comfortable and at home. Be sure to bring mosquito spray. After all, the entrance and all windows are secured with mosquito nets and there are electrical traps and chemical defenses on site.

Fabulous home with amazing ocean views. A very nice welcome from the hosts who have been waiting whenever we have needed them. The house is fully equipped and very clean. A quiet area but with all amenities nearby. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The silence, the views, the location, the communication with Patricia and Alicia, the comfort, the heating, the wifi, being able to have our but at home, o all the details (bottle of wine, coffee, everything needed in the bathroom and kitchen, etc.) have made our stay difficult to forget. I had a first class stay at this lovely apartment. It is immaculately clean, modern, and has everything you need for a long stay . The host communicates before arrival and departure, making everything easy and convenient for a hassle free experience. 10/10 The apartment is situated just a few minutes walk to the beach. I especially enjoyed the fitness classes ( three mornings per week)

A great place in a peaceful residence with a splendid pool equipped with a bar. It is close to a beautiful beach, and the center of Dénia, with its many restaurants and charm to discover, is easily accessible by car. It is very nice and easy to communicate with Carine and Marisa. We had a wonderful 2 weeks! Thank you

The property was just as described. All amenities accurate, comfortable beds. Close to the beach and restaurants as well as groceries. Instructions were clear and the host was very responsive and helpful. The view from the terrace was lovely. They even for warned that there was construction near by but we didn’t have a problem with it. Would go back in a minute.

the house is a pass, it has everything, very comfortable mattresses and breathtaking sea views, but what we liked most were the common areas. The pool, gardens, views, Balinese beds,listening to the sea while you sleep...if you want to disconnect and be calm, this is a peer Effect place. This is a little bit of the beach and a few minutes drive to the center of the village. The super friendly treatment and they advised us where to eat and dinner. Couldn't ask for more, we will come back and advise, no doubt!!!

Everything was perfect! The view from the rooftop was great, especially at sunset!

Excellent location in Javea !

We have had an amazing week at Xavier's apartment! Both the apartment and the location exceeded our expectations. We really enjoyed that it was so close to everything, both beach and restaurants, and that at the same time we could have it so quiet and peaceful on the large lovely terrace. We never got tired of gazing out over the sea and seeing the city's grand silhouette, and enjoyed that it was such a vibrant folklore around us. Perfect also that we had access to a garage so close to the apartment. We have found a dream apartment and want to go back again soon!

David's place is a real gem. Stunning view from both house and the incredible terrace. It's perfect with young kids. great beaches to explore alond the beautiful pathway that runs at the bottom of the garden. Super peaceful calm place felt very at home.

Great place with fantastic view!

a very nice spacious and clean apartment, the glazed balcony is the highlight, so you can be "outside" all day. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, the beds are comfortable and two bathrooms complete the positive picture. Thank you again to Rianka who welcomed us nicely and was immediately on the spot on the weekend when we had a problem with the garage openers, great service!

This is our second year staying here. We absolutely love staying here and again made beautiful memories. Can’t wait to return in the future.
