Vanesa's apartment is in a beautiful area, right next to the sea. We take a walk on the beach every day! The host is very responsive, she gives very clear instruction how to get in the house and give good recommendations on where to visit. I recommend this place!

What an amazing place. The photos looked good but the reality is so much better. With some lovely little touches that really made me feel at home and more. Astrid couldn't have been more helpful. Even down to the last day when I was ill and Astrid offered a place for me to stay if I couldn't travel - fortunately, I could travel but it was reassuring to know that there was an option if needed. Amazing and I can't recommend highly enough.

We had a great stay at Luis Apartment. The apartment is modern and very well equipped. The layout was very good for 4 adults and one baby (baby bed is provided). Central heating, which is very important in winter. Great terraces, large garden with pool and an outdoor playground for our toddler. Luis and Olga are very helpful and quick to answer any questions. Thank you for everything, we will be happy to come back!

This host was always easily accessible and despite different languages we got along well. The house was extremely clean and offered us a good location for a home office for 3 months. We will be happy to come back here.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

We had the pleasure of renting this beautiful house for a month with a group of friends – and it was absolutely perfect! The place is stunning, spotlessly clean, and decorated with a lot of care and a cozy touch. There are so many lovely spots in and around the house where you can relax, cook, or simply enjoy time together. We especially loved the walk to the nearby viewpoint with breathtaking views, as well as the great hiking trails in the area that offer something for everyone. Truly a place to feel at home – we’d love to come back!

We had a wonderful family vacation. Beautiful house with beautiful details in the design. Kitchen very complete in terms of appliances and crockery. Fantastic pool with a great view. In the evening with the lighting really a picture! Communication with Wim goes smoothly and you immediately feel welcome. Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the bays, and restaurants. (You will also get tips for that from Wim) We will definitely be back! This house is really recommended!

Amazing modern house located at the top of the cape of Cullera. The house has beautiful water views from all the bedrooms and living areas, as well as access to a pool that overlooks the ocean below. Many thanks to our hosts for their assitance and support during our stay!

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Our stay in Javea has been incredible, mainly thanks to Inma, from the first moment he recommended places to visit, how to get to them and the best tricks about the area. A spectacular host. The apartment is just like the photos you share and has all the services you describe. Definitely if we have the opportunity to return we will choose it again. Cleaning 10/10.

Excellent place to stay in Benidorm, right on the beach with a nice small grocery shop underneath - perfect location, immacuately clean modern property with everything you need in it, with AC and great black out blinds, lovely host who is very welcoming and friendly, could not recommend high enough, fantastic.

Our stay at Sebastian's went very well. The accommodation is functional and modern, located in a quiet and family-friendly area (close to a national) Very close pools, convenient with children, and beach 10 minutes away by car. Very nice welcome from Sebastian who was very friendly.

The place looked exactly like the pictures. It was spotted clean, with a great view, and in a quiet building even though there were apartments. The host replied almost immediately. The location is also very convenient. If I decide to come back to Alicante, I will see if the apartment is available before looking for accommodation. Overall, it is highly recommended.

A clean, spacious apartment, well-equipped, in an enclosed housing estate. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood, great for long walks. A great base for nearby attractions. Great communication with your host. Highly recommend.

My husband and I really enjoyed this home. Our hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We spent most of our 5 days there relaxing on the terrace and enjoying the beautiful view of the sea. The area is very quiet and easy to find. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare nice meals. The atmosphere is very cozy and so relaxing. I highly recommend!
