Very pleasant apartment, well equiped with proper heating when the weather got a bit chilly, UK TV, and although near the centre of town, still very quiet and peaceful. Easy walk to good restaurants, and a short drive to sandy beaches. We stayed for the month of November, and had no issues at all, very easy to recommend.

My son and I stayed 4 nights in Alcoi. The space was perfect as a haven and resting place after fun-filled days over the 3 King's festival days, and hiking in the beautiful surrounding mountains. I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful use of a small but tranquil space. Our host was friendly and responsive and made sure we had everything necessary for a comfortable stay.

From the accommodation you can see the large beach and you can hear the noise of the sea, a beautiful perception quite rare. We arrived out of season, so peace and quiet guaranteed. The accommodation is super comfortable, well furnished and functional, equipped, only one salad bowl is missing but it is very well stocked with glasses and everything you need to cook or heat your meals. Recommended

Excellent place to disconnect and feel at home. Beautiful Urbanization with gardens and very well cared for pool. A very quiet area to rest and recharge batteries. What an amazing place. The photos looked good but the reality is so much better. With some lovely little touches that really made me feel at home and more. Astrid couldn't have been more helpful. Even down to the last day when I was ill and Astrid offered a place for me to stay if I couldn't travel - fortunately, I could travel but it was reassuring to know that there was an option if needed. Amazing and I can't recommend highly enough.

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

We had a wonderful family vacation. Beautiful house with beautiful details in the design. Kitchen very complete in terms of appliances and crockery. Fantastic pool with a great view. In the evening with the lighting really a picture! Communication with Wim goes smoothly and you immediately feel welcome. Enjoyed the beautiful surroundings, the bays, and restaurants. (You will also get tips for that from Wim) We will definitely be back! This house is really recommended!

Great beach beach, close to beach Erika was very helpful and accommodating. The house convinces with the location, the design, several great terraces and the comfort. Glad to come back!

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Wonderful stay in Oliva Nova.A newly renovated house, beautiful and very comfortable, with ducted air conditioning in all rooms. The great outdoor area with a porch , garden and pool which we have fully enjoyed. Very close to the beach and an express carrefour. Very quiet area with little atmosphere but we didn't mind. Worse , the amount of mosquitoes in the area, but based on repellente we have coped it well. . Always helpful and friendly hosts. In short, a super recommended place, to repeat 👌

What a perfect holiday we had. Everything was exactly as described. José helped us with our questions. Although there weren't much. Everything was clear. We enjoyed it so much. First time using airbnb and everything was just right. Thank you so much for the fantastic holiday location.

Our stay in Javea has been incredible, mainly thanks to Inma, from the first moment he recommended places to visit, how to get to them and the best tricks about the area. A spectacular host. The apartment is just like the photos you share and has all the services you describe. Definitely if we have the opportunity to return we will choose it again. Cleaning 10/10.

Excellent place to stay in Benidorm, right on the beach with a nice small grocery shop underneath - perfect location, immacuately clean modern property with everything you need in it, with AC and great black out blinds, lovely host who is very welcoming and friendly, could not recommend high enough, fantastic.

Our stay at Sebastian's went very well. The accommodation is functional and modern, located in a quiet and family-friendly area (close to a national) Very close pools, convenient with children, and beach 10 minutes away by car. Very nice welcome from Sebastian who was very friendly.

new and very clean apartment, with a nice balcony, very sunny, convenient location 5 minutes from the fungo street and 10 minutes from the long sea. The host was really kind, he gave us an incipient check-in and late check-out.

It was a beautiful property with all the amenities, and just can’t get enough of the view and could stay there without any track of time. Couldn’t use the the beautiful spa they offer but there is always a next time, don’t miss it if you ever visit and also has a way to get to the beach for a quick dip and back to the jacuzzi. You can cook anything you wish as there is fully equipped kitchen, especially breakfast or snacks for your drinks and they also have two cozy restaurants and bar if you are in mood to cook.

Lovely apartment 3 minutes from the beach. Clean, modern, very well equipped kitchen, small supermarkets nearby, tram 5 minutes away. I thought it was good that there were games for the beach, a parasol and a bottle of wine upon our arrival. Alvaro is nice, he speaks German, English. For improvement, air conditioning would be great as there are only fans. Early September is okay, but I can imagine it's in July and August.

It was a very successful stay😉 The apartment was very well equipped, if someone wants to prepare meals themselves, there is no problem. We felt very comfortable in it. The big pool made the most impression on us, the kids were delighted :) Regards
