Great apartment for our long weekend stay. Michael was the perfect host. Best equipped home I’ve ever rented. Michael really does provide everything you could need. Lovely apartment - would definitely return.

Cristian and his wife were very responsive hosts. They met at apartment to check me in and go over everything. Their English is limited so make sure you have Google translate. Everything you need is included. Since it was January/February, the heat came in handy. For me, the only issue was the bed was a little uncomfortable. I stayed a month mostly in February. Weather was in 60s mostly and the neighborhood was very quiet. Five to six restaurants were usually open. A supermarket is close by. The beach is a 20 to 25 minute walk. If you want to take the bus to other towns, the Avanza bus that runs up and down the coast (from Alicante to La Marina towards Torrevieja) only takes cash. The bus stop is very close to apartment. Good stay overall.

We are very happy with our stay at Maksym’s place. Initially, we planned to stay for a month, but we liked it so much that we extended our stay for another two months. Maksym is very friendly and easy to communicate with. You can arrange everything with him. The apartment looks exactly like in the photos. It’s not big, but it’s very cozy and was perfect for the two of us. It’s fully equipped for long stays. The internet is fast and reliable, which is always important for us since we work online. The location is great—just a 5-minute walk to the beach and a beautiful promenade, as well as a large and affordable supermarket. The city center and the bus station are only a 10–15 minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend Maksym’s place!

We enjoyed our stay at Dava’s. We had everything we needed and there was a supermarket close by. As advertised.

Clean modern apartment. We especially liked the large balcony. The shower is also very pleasant. The handover with Barbara was very straightforward. The necessary utensils were available in the kitchen.

Fantastic host, great communication, very attentive and helpful with any requests. I arrived in the area earlier and was thankfully able to leave my luggage at the property before check in so that I could explore. The apartment was clean and comfortable and within walking distance to the beach to watch the sunrise. Muchas gracias, σευχαριστω πολύ!

Alina was very helpful on our arrival and everything was as described. Slight issues with the front door lock but im sure that will be addressed. Would return.

Perfect for our dog with a safe enclosed garden. Small and cosy as the photos show. Great for two people.

Pedro is a 5 star host, he met us on arrival with a smile even though we had been delayed numerous times by flights and then the car hire. He walked us round his charming and well appointed apartment. He then left us alone to enjoy our holiday, contacting us a few days before departure to detail how we lock up and leave, even allowing us to leave a little later as we had a night flight. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, the community is secure, very well looked after, and the other residents were all very friendly. We were very well located with the fabulous beach of Mil Palmeras within a simple walk, and a good supermarket Dial Prix also within an easy walk. Restaurants can be found to the left at Plaza Generalisimo or to the right at Mil Palmeras. We will definitely be coming again….Thanks Pedro

Pablo the perfect host. Helpful and communicative. Stay in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood and about three minutes walk to the beach. The apartment itself is worth the price. All the amenities from the description, and even more than you expected. Everyone had their own room. There was even an airfryer. The dishwasher cubes were also included, and the host thought of everything.

Very good. The place was lovely and did what we needed. The communal pool is not heated but was 33m so great to exercise in and relax. The area was quiet as expected at this time of the year but Mil Palmeras or Cabo Roig were both within a 20 - 30 minute walk so plenty of people there The host was great responding to queries and help

The house as taught in the listing, perfect location if you are looking for tranquility and disconnection, next to the beach and if you go with your dogs you will double enjoy it, next to food venues, the house spotless, we will repeat again.

Excellent accommodation, had all the amenities they advertised, easily park right in front of the building. The hosts were very accommodating when arriving and going. Would repeat for sure
