Claudia’s place was exactly as described. A warm, relaxing and peaceful spot! The host was extremely welcoming and gave excellent recommendations. The breakfast at the onsite cafe was also a brilliant way to start your day.

The Cabin was lovely. beautifully decorated and very warm. I don't think i have ever had a log fire heat a place so quick. You do really feel remote and it was very quiet. Was a really lovely stay.

Aidan & Wendy were fantastic hosts. Great communication, proactive and could not do enough to help. The barn was extremely warm and cosy and felt home from home, with everything very clean and tidy. Hot tub was immaculate and lovely and hot (as you would hope). A great relaxing break was had by the 3 of us.

If you want somewhere that is very quiet, peaceful and private than this place would be ideal. The host was very polite and easy to deal with. Thanks for a relaxing break.

Amazing stay at this beautiful little lodge

We’d love to come back, we had such a relaxing few days.

Perfect location for an overnight stay near Folkestone. We arrived in the dark and left in the dark so have no idea what the surroundings look like. The place was comfortable and warm.

Staying at Tom's cabin was an experience from beginning to end. We sought to escape the city for a few nights and Tom's cabin is very secluded, it's totally your own space. We ran into a bit of trouble with the items promised as part of the stay, so I'd recommend being well stocked up if you don't travel by car. The walks around the area are lovely and Tom's guide provides recommendations for walks and the lovely pubs/restaurants on those trails. Although, a solar powered cabin in the dead of winter may not have been our best idea, we ran into quite a few difficulties with running out of power and water at the end of our stay. Tom was very responsive to help us deal with these issues as they arose throughout our stay, we were just quite unlucky. He has promised to check the battery in the cabin to ensure this doesn't happen again. Overall we had a lovely winter getaway despite the challenges we faced, we kept warm by the nice big fire and the cabin was nice and toasty.

Seven Acre Woods was amazing, just what we needed for a last minute night away. The Lodge was clean with all the basics you need. The forest setting lends itself to making you feel relaxed and reset. The kids absolutely loved going on an adventure through the woods and the woodland play area. We will definitely coming back in the summer for more adventures 😀

Kate’s place is beautifully furnished and in a very good location next to plenty walks. She provided us everything we need for a very comfortable weekend stay.

Lovely stay, Christopher was a fabulous host

We stayed at Lynsey’s place on our way from France to the North of the UK and it was the perfect spot for a good rest before continuing our journey! The linen smelled fantastic and we had a blast watching TV all cozied up on the couch while watching the snow fall outside. :)

What a lovely find. It sounded compact it was very spacious. So comfortable and well equipped. Happily could cook whatever you fancy, which made it even more homely. Place nice and clean and lovely friendly and responsive host made it an extremely lovely break and would thoroughly recommend. Thank you.

Alison and Paul greeted us and made us feel welcome … everything was perfect in the accommodation and spotless .. nothing was too much trouble and we felt at home . Cereals and jams and milk were provided and was perfect to our needs

We stayed for two nights and we loved the place! The location was amazing, and the outside area was really nice. It was very relaxing and we really felt like we were in the middle of a forest. The cabin had everything we needed, the design was amazing and the decor was very tasteful. The private lake area was peaceful and lovely. Don't listen to anyone say anything about the planes, they did not bother us at all, you can barely hear them! The view from the bed was breathtaking, especially with the sun coming up and reflecting on the lake. Host was also very helpful and responsive. The two donkeys were super cute and friendly, they visited us for some strokes. All in all, if you want a place to relax, to hide away from the rushy everyday life, to clear your mind and detox, this is the one. Everything was perfect, and we will definitely return when the weather is warmer to enjoy more of the private lake area!

A beautiful get away! As lovely as the photos with lots of extras provided like firewood and games. Great suggestions for things to do near by or like us, it was a great place to relax. Thank you for having us. Hope to visit again soon.

The perfect place to stay to unwind and get outdoors. Beautiful surroundings, super homely and quirky accommodation, and brilliant hosts. Can’t recommend enough. We will be back :)

Larissa’s quaint little cabin was a wonderful escape from the hustle & busy world we find ourselves in. She was responsive & left us some fresh eggs & also delicious homemade jam. We are a family of four & and whilst we were very comfortable the place is small. Our girls slept very well on the futon bed in the lounge. I imagine this place comes to life in summer when you can utilise the outdoor space; like the dining table. We found it quite crammed at mealtimes. The pool, even in November, was fantastic! Fresh & an absolutely wonderful experience. Thank you Larissa.

We booked this at the last minute due to our original plans changing. It was perfect, in fact we just wish we stayed longer. It was clean comfortable and travel distance to a number of places like Eastbourne & Hastings where we could explore with our 2 boys. Perfect place to unwind and relax. Highly recommend to book. Stayed at many hotels and AirB&Bs and I must say this was by far the most beautiful, peaceful getaway we’ve ever had. The treehouse itself is more wonderful than the pictures and there is literally everything you need there. Lucinda hasn’t cut any corners whatsoever and so much effort has been put into making this place absolutely incredible. As for the location, you are free to walk round acres of stunning countryside and woodland areas and it feels like you’re the only people on earth there. This weekend has exceeded everything we could have hoped for and would certainly stay again and recommend to anyone looking to escape reality for a couple of nights.
