Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Maidstone District

Such a beautiful spot (great views) and a wonderful house for our big family gathering. All bedrooms a good size & plenty of bathrooms. Communal area is huge and connected so space for everyone. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was a real treat. Hien was helpful and proactive about ensuring we had everything we needed. We’d stay again

Great stay. A lovely house in the most wonderful setting. The location is what makes this place special. We had a works Christmas party (Friday) and chill-out (Saturday) and the lookout did not disappoint. We were a group of 14 and the house was ample space, well equip for cooking a full on Christmas dinner. Hot tub lovely, fire pit re-creation of The Traitors, we had a ball. Oh, and there's a disco ball. Thank you for making our weekend so memorable.

We had a wonderful stay at joes property, we felt at home straight away. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Bedrooms were a large size and perfect for a weekend with the family. We will definitely be looking to stay here again in the future. It had everything you could of needed.

We stayed here for my wedding weekend with the bridal party and it was everything we needed! The beds were comfy, plenty of space to put all of our stuff out, great dining room for all of us to catch up! 10/10 recommend anymore coming to Herne Bay area to stay here. Lisa was very good at communicating and had super fast responses!

Me and my partner stayed here for two nights to have a little get away together. We felt right at home and very relaxed. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here. Very friendly host and fast replies. :)

Jo was a wonderful host and her house is amazing. Super comfortable and a perfect location. The house is amazing and we loved the hot tub. It was very well equipped. Bedlinen and towels were lovely. We loved our stay and it is nice and quiet but easy to get into town. We had a lovely sauna on the beach and enjoyed wandering round the shops

Great place to stay near Canary Wharf! The home itself is beautiful, spacious and clean. The hot tub and sauna are luxurious and a fun treat! Kitchen is fairly well stocked and easy to cook in. A/C worked great. Washer/dryer combo machine is nice to have as well. There is a small market across the street which makes getting groceries super easy. The bus stops right in front of the house for easy transport to Canary Wharf or anywhere in the city. Great transportation connections via DLR as well. Greenwich is an easy walk and a wonderful way to spend a day. All in all a fantastic place to stay! Thanks for making it a great place for our family!

Really loved staying at this property which was suitable for our 3 generation family (including high school aged children). Incredible sea views from all over the house, wonderful communal rooms, balconies for day round sun and great bathrooms (3 toilets were very much appreciated with 5 guests)! Linda was so friendly and helpful. We have family very close to this location which has so much to offer and this was the perfect base for our holiday. Would definitely recommend. Many Thanks!

We were a group of 3 adults and 4 teenagers and we enjoyed a very comfortable stay here. Plenty of space for all of us and tv, hot tub and games room kept everyone entertained in between trips out. Access to transport was excellent - two minute walk from overground station (Leyton Midland) and buses that took us to Central underground station (Leyton) in 10 minutes. Food shops at the end of the road too to stock cupboards for meals. Thanks for a great stay.

We had a lovely time with our extended family- it was lovely to be able to be together, but the house was spacious enough with a lovely design that allowed us to have some time apart if we needed it. A beautiful home and we would definitely consider returning should be occasion arise.

We had a great stay at Antonio’s house. It is very large and beautifully furnished. It’s actually a converted pub and there’s an amazing bar as soon as you enter the house, which we made full use of! The garden is beautiful and the hot tub is a great addition. There were 10 of us and the house was perfect for our group and so spacious. It’s clearly a ‘home’ and everything you could need is provided. We had lunch at the Salehurst Halt - highly recommend - the food was excellent!

This place was magical. A real break away from the fast city life. We had a great time setting the fires indoors and at the hot tub. Thank you Janie for a beautiful relaxing stay. We’d love to visit again.

Really good! Looks way better in person then what’s stated on the listing. Huge space for people and had everything inside that you could’ve asked for!

This was one of those experiences that lasts a lifetime ❤️ my partner and I loved our stay with Claudia and her husband , the kitchen and bar staff were all amazing hosts. The cabin is close enough to from the main building but secluded enough to enjoy your own company and we do recommend the wood fired hot-tub 🔥 All in all we will definitely be returning ❤️

Simply wow! This beautiful property far exceeded our expectations and the photos do not do it justice at all. We were so overwhelmed when we arrived it took a while for it to sink in that this was home for a few days and it did feel just like home. Both bedrooms are well appointed and luxurious, the en-suite bathrooms were also spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen/living/dining area is super cosy with a stunning log burner. The whole property is warm, welcoming and has such a calm feel about it. To top it off the setting is stunning, with grazing sheep outside your bedroom window and amazing views across the valley. We literally didn't want to leave. There are so many lovely touches that Andrew and his wife have added, I even came away with 3 beautifully home made Christmas cushions. We can't recommend The Lodge enough and will 100% be back soon.

Julie, was a great host. She made us feel right at home. Me and my girlfriend stayed for our one year anniversary and Julie did a great job making it feel special by going out of her way to provide decorations, roses and snacks. My girlfriend loved it! The communication was also very good and if anything wasn’t clear Julie was just a text away. The hot tub was probably my highlight, it was so relaxing and the temperature was just right. Julie also made sure the water was changed for us. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb and Julie as a host!

Had a great stay. A really beautiful spot and a lovely cabin. Mandy was great at comms and very accommodating. The hot tub took a fair amount of work and took a bit longer than 2.5hrs to get going, but was great once it did. Only slight gripe was having to pay extra for the use of the hot tub and the fire pit. Given the price paid per night wasn’t exactly cheap, I reckon the use of these should already be included in the cost and then just have guests pay for the wood etc. But business is business I guess….Overall was a great few days though 😊

Booked this place last minute as our previous plans were cancelled. So beautiful and peaceful here! The hot tub was warming as we got there and the place was immaculate, the little touches of treats and a lovely little Christmas tree were great. Really good value for money and exactly like the photos. Morning coffee outside was amazing and the toiletries in the bathroom omg they smelled stunning! I’ve bought some for home as they were so nice. Easy to check in and so quiet, we would 100 percent stay again. Rye is a lovely little place, would definitely recommend Hoof for dinner, it was lush. Thanks for a great stay!

Kari was the perfect host. She helped with clear instructions on how to find the rural property. A bottle of prosecco and Lindt chocolates were in the fridge for our arrival. Kari sourced a travel cot for our little one and set it up, to save us from bringing our own. Pancake Lodge is stunning. The views are amazing and it is so peaceful. We couldn't get enough of the hot tub! We planned a barbecue one evening and Kari recommended where to get local meat. We loved our stay so much that we stayed an extra night. Thanks so much!
