Monthly Rentals in Louisiana

This is all about the location. It's really nice to be able to walk everywhere you want to go and its really nice to have a nearby pit stop (especially when you are older). Expect large city, tourist street commotion and don't sweat the small stuff. The owners are great and our in-town contact was very nice. Internet was stable for work. Hope you have as good of a time as we did.

I got to the property late at night. I had a little problem with the keypad, but that was my fault. I called Mike and he resolved the problem quickly. He always responded timely. The place was as listed. Clean, quiet and comfortable. He even had a kingcake for me, which i unfortunately forgot behind. Wish, I had it now! I was UBERING and it was a quick Uber ride to the Quarter. The levee is nearby, and I wanted to walk up to it (blocks away, in sight) but did not have the time. I ate at Geralds Donuts and Restaurant a few times late at night. Diner foo and donuts. It was ok but friendly! I would recommend to others to book it, if you want a close vicinity to the Quarter. I was working the Superbowl, so I did not have a lot of free time to explore.

Logan and Will are incredibly accommodating, personable, and friendly—such great hosts! The location was prime - we walked to the French Quarter often and loved how easy it was to get around. When we needed a ride, affordable Lyfts were always just minutes away. The space is super functional and a great option for a month-long stays. The apartment itself was stocked with everything we could possibly need. The bed and couch are comfortable, the water gets hot fast, and the wifi is reliable for a WFH setup. There is even a Whole Foods walking distance to the apartment. Highly recommend!
