Lake house vacation rentals in Louisiana

A beautiful, quiet relaxing large home over looking the river. I would definitely stay here again! Very clean & great amenities. Enjoyed morning coffee on back porch .

We had a great ,relaxing couple of nights here at this cool little house. Dawn was very responsive when we reached out to her.🙂 The pond out front was very nice and peaceful. There is alot to do here fishing,boating,and games. We would recommend this house and will be back when we are in this area again. Thankyou to Dawn.👋😀

Quiet, peaceful location with comfortable furnishings and plentiful amenities.

We really enjoyed the location being as close as it was to everything to do in Lake Charles as well as the feel of seclusion as you make your way around River Road to the house. Would definitely stay here again.

It was beautiful and serene. Gave us a place to visit family for Easter, and we couldn't have had a better time. The place was just as described. The only thing missing was a broom because we like cleaning up after ourselves, but that's the only criticism I have. We will definitely stay here again

Great place to stay. It was our first time visiting Louisiana. The house was very clean, well equipped, and has some unexpected updates! Andrew was easy and quick to communicate. The area is beautiful, safe, and people are friendly. We caught fish every day right off the doc. The store down the street sells worms, crickets, gas, and whatever else you would find at a small convenience store. New Roads is about 15 min away and has some restaurants, WalMart and a grocery store. The lake is beautiful, area is beautiful. I highly recommend. Also, the deck is bigger than it looks in the picture!

We live this place! Nice and clean house. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. Very nice outside kitchen has everything you need. Hot tub is a huge plus! We enjoyed it.

We were visiting family for the Strawberry Festival. Pats place was very clean and comfortable. It was very peaceful the whole time. We enjoyed sitting on the deck on the deck in the mornings listening to the birds as well as the very peaceful evenings. We had everything we needed. We replaced the trash bags we used for the next guest and left a few laundry pods and dryer sheets as well. We loved it. We had an issue with a remote not working for one of tv’s and Pat responded promptly and had us a new remote in no time. Thanks Pat, we loved your home! Will definitely stay again.

Lovely home and neighborhood peaceful and loved the lake behind the home we caught a couple fish the beds are extremely comfortable everything worked😊 Our host were amazing and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and we even got to meet in person. Recommend this home 10000% it’s worth it beautiful decorations and everything you could possibly need included

Wonderful private location with a beautiful covered deck overlooking the water. We did not expect fishing poles or kayaks which gave us a wonderful added bonus for our crew to enjoy. The rooms were set up nicely for all of us to enjoy each others company and also have privacy when we needed it.

We enjoyed our stay. It was the most relaxing place we have been to in a long time. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. She would have helped in a heartbeat if we had any issues, which we didn’t. We loved it!

We had a excellent stay! Very peaceful needed reset would highly recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area. Not to far away from restaurants and Walmart. We had an amazing time.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Lafitte house. Loved the decor and furniture. Location was perfect for casinos, restaurants and antique shops. Lafitte house responded quickly and was accomodating when I needed to add an extra day last minute. I will definitely be back!

ReelLucky is a beautiful home featuring incredible water views. Large patio with comfortable seating looking out at the water. Host offers cages for crab catching and everything you would need once you catch them. We loved the time we spent there. Just remember to stop at a grocery store while you are still in the heart of New Orleans. 15 to 20 min drive to nearest store from the house. We loved returning to ReelLucky’s tranquil setting after spending time in the chaos of the French Quarter.

Fantastic place to enjoy everything Toledo Bend has to offer. Great location with Great Lake amenities! Sherri and Deavon are great hosts, will absolutely book again!

We came here during a show in Winnfield- Amber was absolutely amazing, communicative, kind, and extemely helpful. Also SUPER PET FRIENDLY!! We absolutely adore this location and plan to reserve for next year!

We booked this stay last minute and after our 2 hour drive… and showing up at 10:30 at night, we had a smooth check in. Everything was as pictured. The home was very clean, the beds were so so comfortable and the backyard seating area was perfect. We didn’t spend too much time at the house but had we did, they had everything you would need to cook and relax I recommend this home to anyone taking a trip to Baton Rouge. It is very centrally located and in a great neighborhood. The street to get to the house is narrow and a lot of people had their trashcans left out in the street so be careful with that, but other than that it was perfect! The layout of this home gave me insp. for our layout of our home we’re going to start building on the acres we just bought for our family compound!!! Mike was great in communication which gave us great peace of mind !

Great getaway close to home for the girls. It’s the second and third time for some of us to stay here and it feels like a home away from home.

I felt welcome in the home. My son absolutely loved fishing out back. The host had Jenga and that was big hit during the rain and hot parts of the day. Kitchen and accessories was very nice. My son is already wanting to go back
