This place was perfect for what we went for. My husbands birthday was yesterday so we went this past weekend Friday-Sunday. We had quite a few people and it fit all of us and had everything we needed! Had zero problems over all. We loved the kayaks. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom. We slept great! 10/10 would recommend!!

We loved this place - from the back wall of windows to the private “cave” downstairs - this place was loaded with amenities making us feel welcome and like we were home. Expertly decorated - every area was purposefully used. Clean, in a quiet neighborhood and the best location - definitely giving it 5 stars

We had a great vacation down south away from the city. This place was everything we were looking for, beautiful, relaxing and right on the water. My husband and son love to fish and they caught catfish, crabs etc right off the water edge! We had so much fun exploring, especially the airboat tour with Alligators!!! Rachel is an amazing host and we hope to come back again😊

The host was fantastic—very communicative and helpful. The location was perfect, and I had no trouble finding the place. We flew down from Illinois to celebrate my brother’s birthday. The house and location were great! The boys fished off the dock and took the kayak and paddle boat out. We all enjoyed sitting on the back porch. Brooke’s place was very clean and we all adored the decorations! We will definitely be planning another trip!

James really went above and beyond for us, as we were scheduled to fly out, the place booked was not available to us as the person staying there could not go back home to Florida due to the storms. This sent me into a spiral as we were coming in on Parents weekend along with 9,400+ others and I feared we had nowhere to stay or even finding a place to stay. James went out of his way to get 2 of his non furnished studios furnished and ready in the mere hours of our traveling to make sure we had a place to stay once we arrived! He really went out of his way to make things happen and I could not be more appreciative of him. My daughter is a freshman and I would say we will be using James again in the future!

Suzy's place was even better than described. The photos don't do it justice, great amenities, well stocked. They really thought of everything and more. Beautiful, peaceful location with a great spot on the front porch for morning coffee.

First time renting an Airbnb, and I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless the transaction was! The house is beautiful and on the water, so we had a great time sitting on the back porch. The house looks exactly as pictured. The hosts, Stephanie and Gurjit were wonderful! As a bonus this is close to the I10, so easy to get around the city.

We had a great ,relaxing couple of nights here at this cool little house. Dawn was very responsive when we reached out to her.🙂 The pond out front was very nice and peaceful.
