The apartment is super clean and really lovely, perfect for a weekend stay in Glasgow. They were super flexible and accommodating with us, and very friendly to communicate with!

This property was truly amazing. The views out the window of the river only added to the experience. We walked to OVO Hydro for a concert and the walk was a short 25-30 minutes. Craig was truly the best host. He checked in regularly with us, suggested things to do, and just overall made sure we had a great experience there.

A beautiful well fitted flat with very comfortable beds in a peaceful area of Glasgow, with its own parking spot and within walking distance of the station for trains into Glasgow; what's not to like?

Ian has been a great host. The flat is exactly as described and was given a nice welcome pack when I arrived. Ian asked for feedback and I advised the bedroom could have done with a black out blind - he was there the next day to fit one. Very responsive.

My wife and I stayed at the Mill Lodge for Easter weekend with our grown up children and we had a really special time there. We used the hot tub every day we were there and also had a barbeque on the Saturday night. Broughty Ferry is a lovely town with a proper high street with local small shops. We bought the meat for the barbeque from Scott the butcher and it was top notch. Emma gave us recommendations for eating out which included the Ship Inn where we had Sunday lunch - Cullen Skink followed by the seafood duo all of which was excellent. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well provided for with plates, mugs, glasses, cutlery, utensils and pots and pans. The microwave was easy to operate as were the oven and hob. Emma also supplied pods for the coffee maker, vegetable oil, cooking foil, washing up liquid and pods for the dishwasher. There was also liquid soap in all the bathrooms. The property is finished to a high standard and we would highly recommend it.

What a wonderful stay! Well stocked kitchen instruments for cooking at home, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms with great water pressure and temp! Lovely area - I took a run to the park by the battalion which led to a run to the reservoir! Beautiful, didn’t want to leave!

I loved staying at the Loft and Ishbel is an excellent host! Everything I needed was present and the room is so light and warm I felt at home immediately. It has great plus points like a fridge with milk and cooled water and use of the kitchen&dinning room. Her two well behaved dogs are great to have them around but hardly noticed them. The location was perfect close to the coast and train station on walking distance. I had a fantastic time and recommended this gem highly! You will enjoy it. Perfect little cottage in the middle of the Scottish countryside in a small pretty village. The cottage was well equipped, we were able to cook dinner and breakfast, we used the fireplace to warm up in the cold evenings and enjoyed the ping pong table and darts. The surrounding area is perfectly quite and beautiful. We choose this location as most of the great locations are within driving distance: Ben Nevis, Glencoe, Loch Lomond, whisky breweries, Blair Castle, etc. The village was also great, there's a large supermarket and it was great to try the local whisky and smoked salmon in the inn next to the waterfalls. Would 100% recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lewis' place! It was warm and inviting, right down to providing throws for cooler nights. The entire place was obviously renovated for maximum efficiency and comfort. The beds were inviting and the extra personal amenities were welcome. Lewis was extremely thoughtful and communicated with us ahead of our trip departure including some recommendations of things to do which was very much appreciated. We did struggle with some of the appliances but instructions were laid out in the welcome booklet provided so it definitely could have been down to user error! Transportation could not have been easier as their were several bus stops within a couple of minutes walk to take us to wherever we needed to go. We cannot recommend Lewis' place enough and would be thrilled to stay there again should we find ourselves back in the beautiful city of Edinburgh!

Superbly located flat with the added benefit of secure off road parking. Close to shops, restaurants, bars, tourist attractions and parks. Well equipped kitchen. Good shower. Comfy beds. Clean but tiered decor gives the impression that it wasn’t. Quick and helpful responses from host. Would recommend and would stay again.

Katie is the best host, unintrusive but always very quick to respond both before and during our stay. She even went the extra mile with a few specific requests we asked. The flat was easy to access (lock box) and she provides a great welcome document with all you need to know to settle in to the flat and get started exploring the area. Her place is delightfully quirky and had all we needed for our week in Glasgow. Shawlands is a great neighborhood, lots of bars, restaurants, a huge beautiful park, and really easy public transport links with the rest of the city. Hope to stay at Katie's again someday!

I stayed at The Retreat for one wonderful night, I enjoyed the freedom of being able to come and go as I pleased. The host Dags was very helpful and answered my questions both by message and in person. A very lovely lady. The place itself was amazing, very peaceful and had a lovely view. If you are needing a night or two away I would 100% recommend this place, I will definitely be back. Clean, tidy, peaceful and a lovely host. 5⭐️
