Hazel was a great host. We had a really enjoyable stay in her lovely apartment which is beautifully decorated. It’s a really peaceful venue close to the centre of Edinburgh. We would love to return!

The apartment was wonderful cosy clean near to main shopping outlets very quite neighborhood Liz is perfect in communication and swift in handling our concern regarding small issue arise from fridge and the abbey service personnel were on time to fix I would definitely come back again

Lovely warm and comfortable flat with large clean rooms that are nicely decorated. Kitchen now benefits from a full table with 5 dining chairs. Instant hot shower. Excellent quiet location yet just 2 - 5 minutes from supermarkets, public transport and park with playpark. Hosts very responsive and helpful. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again if in area.

Exceptional. It felt like no one had stayed before - very clean, very well maintained, a very modern well designed property. Located right in the middle of the town but as soon as you walked through the lobby door off Marygate you would not know. The perfect place to relax. Matthew as a host is was again exceptional, organised, and responsive. Would recommend and will be back!

Our family of 4 (plus Inca, our border terrier) stayed at The Puffin Burrow for 3 nights between Christmas and New Year. It was comfortable, clean and very well equipped. There was even a real Christmas tree in the main room which was a nice touch. The best thing about it was the location right opposite the beach which made it so easy to get out for walks with our dog. Once or twice I emailed Lucy to ask her something and she replied immediately which was very helpful. The flat itself is very tastefully decorated, there are games, maps, books, tv, everything you could need really. We'd definitely book this place again in the future.

As described, convenient flat close to the city centre. Comfortable but small bed, sofa bed wasn’t too comfy. Clean with good amenities. Great shower. Good heating for the winter months. Communal area/hallway/lift were a little worse for wear.

We stayed at Caroline’s place recently for a family birthday celebration and we couldn’t praise the place more if we tried! There was so much to do inside with all of the different social/entertainment areas which definitely made the trip for everyone. Our dog absolutely loved the back garden and all of the space it had too! The place had everything you could possibly need for your stay including things like toiletries which we were very grateful for. Caroline is a great host and kept us up to date from the minute we booked until the day we checked out. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone and we are already talking about coming back again. Thank you!

The grounds and facilities at Panbride house were excellent. We stayed in the lodge which had a private hottub and an additional outside living space which was ideal for our trip away. Everything was well catered for, spotless and well kept (both inside and out) making the stay enjoyable for all, including our 2 dogs, who really loved exploring the large enclosed communal garden. The host Matt was very friendly, showed the right level of interaction and the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We would not hesitate to return.

Fantastic stay for my husband’s 70th birthday celebrations with family age 70 -3 years old. Beautiful home, everything we needed, spacious, comfortable, warm with a little luxury to make our stay special & memorable.

Our family of 4 (+ Max the dog!) have just stayed at Woodpecker cottage for 3 nights and we absolutely loved it! The cottages provide everything you would want from them - very clean, well equipped and very cosy (note to mention big comfortable beds - which is always a massive bonus!!). Dave met us on our arrival and was very friendly and helpful - giving us some great advice on where to visit - St Cuthberts Cave is a must, a very nice walk and amazing views. Lowick is perfectly placed for a short drive to Holy Island too - which is ideal. Prior to our arrival we received a message to ask on our cake preference and Dave baked us our chosen cake as a welcome gift to the cottage - which is exceptionally kind and appreciated - top work Dave! The surrounding grounds to the cottages are beautiful with forests and fields and lots of trials to walk if you wish. Staying at the cottages really does force you to switch off and enjoy relaxing - what a treat…! Planning a return visit in summer.

My husband I had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Office. Beautifully converted with great attention and everything was finished to a very high standard. The property is in a lovely peaceful setting surrounded by trees. It’s right on the Water of Leith and there are lots of lovely walks nearby. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely superb apartment and location, all as advertised and host was welcoming and friendly.

Great Service & Communication by Graham. Accommodation is perfect for bikers with all the essential facilities (secure lock up, cleaning & repair facilities). Graham was very amenable & let us in the accommodation early & also let us clean our bikes after check out time. Location is perfect with easy access to the local bike trail at innerleithan & Glentress. We will be back

This is a beautiful property very well maintained, comfortable and in a lovely location just minutes from the town. Old Course golf club 10mins walk so everything is so convenient. No bother checking in and out and all instructions to hand. We had a lovely few days and would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting St. Andrews.

A perfect location within easy walking distance to the golf club, Gullane beach and local pubs and eateries. The apartment was extremely clean and has been maintained to a high & modern standard.

I stayed at the wee house for graduation event. The location is close to the university. The house is comfortable and cosy. Another plus point is the essential amenities are provided during our stay. It was a lovely time staying at the wee house :)

We stayed at Callum's place for a few nights and absolutely loved the flat and the location! Conveniently located within walking distance of a few breakfast and lunch cafes, plenty of pubs, bus lines, and an Aldi just down the street. We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Edinburgh!

Fantastic apartment, everything was as described, clean, spacious, very comfortable! An excellent location for exploring Edinburgh with a bus stop just outside the property, couldn't ask for more!
