Amazing place to stay. So peaceful and beautiful area. The house is fantastic and hot tub is a great extra to look out over the water and at the stars. Wallace was great and was there as we arrived to show us all we needed to know and made himself available if we needed him. Would absolutely recommend this place to book for anyone looking for a lovely time away!

We’ve just had the most wonderful time staying at Buzzard Cottage, and I can’t express enough how warmly we were welcomed from the moment we booked. A thoughtful email arrived ahead of our stay, packed with helpful information about local sights, as well as a delightful opportunity to meet their Highland cows up close—followed by tea, homemade cake, and a blether. Alison and Tam are incredibly kind and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The cottage was spotless and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat in nature, this place should be at the top of your list. Surrounded by breathtaking views, kind-hearted hosts, and the charm of little animals scattered around the farm, it’s the perfect escape. This weekend was incredible - thanks to Ian and his amazing communication and support! Was not an easy time getting there due to Storm Éowyn. But Ian was amazing and had everything ready for us when we arrived - the scones and Prosecco were so unexpected but so welcome! The whole place was amazing. Will return in the future and will be recommending this place to others!

Absolutely brilliant. Superb location. Great communication and instructions. Very responsive and super helpful. We had 7 adults in our family group and there was loads of space and you literally walk out the door onto the royal mile.

This home is beautiful inside and out with views to match. It had all that you would need for a family stay, with everything you would expect in your own home. Ali the host was great, and made booking, check in and out so easy. Perfect stay for visits to Edinburgh too with a drive or train ride only 40 minutes away. We will definitely be visiting again in the future.

We spent a blissful weekend at Kennels Cottage and I can’t recommend it more! The estate is picturesque with historic bridge and buildings and the river humming in a background. The trees colours in November are just breathtaking! And friendly horses are a blast! The cottage itself is beautifully designed, decorated, and well-equipped. There is everything you need there and more! The view over the garden and park are amazing. You don’t want to go anywhere else, just looking through the window with a coffee. There was also a nice welcome gift (homemade lemon drizzle, delicious!). Wi-Fi worked fine, there is also Netflix and Prime (but you have to log in to your account) And on the top of everything there is a hot tub! What a fantastic amenity! Olly was a superb host. He helped out with fireplace, provided some wood and let us check out a bit later with no extra cost!Very nice and friendly. And the Scottish Borders… such a underrated region of Scotland. I will come back here definitely!

We had a wonderful stay at Greenloaning. From the moment we entered the cottage we felt right at home. The welcome pack was fantastic, the robes were a luxurious touch and the log fire made it extra cosy. The decor and furniture is very tasteful and adds a homely feel and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. All the little details, the well stocked kitchen, the lovely artworks, even down to the delightful bird mugs, made our stay memorable and comfortable. Lowri is an amazing host, very proactive with communication and very friendly to interact with. Would highly recommend a stay here.

A beautiful place to stay inside and out. The views were breathtaking! Our little dogs loved playing in the garden which was well fenced (even our mischievous Westie couldn’t find a way to escape!) The fire was such a nice touch, we loved having fires each day. Wood was supplied if you didn’t use the heating which was great! Coming from a city we don’t have a fire so happy to not use the heating! Kate was so responsive and really friendly. We even had some fresh eggs from her hens which was so lovely. We were thrilled to see the property in snow on our last night/day it really just rounded off our stay perfectly! If you are thinking about booking..do it! Also the shower is great! (Always something I judge! Haha) Can’t wait to rebook!❤️

We had a lovely stay in Elie. The bungalow was perfectly situated for the beach with street parking close by. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 children and there was enough space for us all. We will keep Jo’s place in mind for a return in the summertime.

Ronnie’s house was perfect for our stay in Edinburgh to attend our daughter’s wedding. It was spotlessly clean and very well equipped, everything we needed was available at the property, which was in a great location for getting into the City centre. Ronnie was a great host, he was very welcoming and prior to our arrival his communications were excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend it and would stay again if we needed to.

We had an amazing stay at Mary’s cottage. The Cottage was super cozy with everything and more that we needed. Lovely and clean with clear instructions and the best bit is the wood fire in the living room. Made the stay extra special. Great if you want lots of peace and quiet and a base to go exploring the surrounding area as we did. Highly recommended and will be staying again in the future.

Great host, well organised, great central heating esp. as was very cold. Internet connectivity could be better, but helped the family connect better instead by playing card games!

We had an enjoyable weekend break in the Lookout at Pitmilly. Excellent standard of accommodation and facilities and a wonderful setting, convenient for exploring the Fife coast. Would highly recommend.

A very comfortable place to stay with a mixed family group for Christmas. Really close to the city centre and with excellent public transport facilities. The apartment had everything we needed for self-catering, and there was also easy access to local restaurants. Our hosts were very prompt and clear with their instructions.

The most perfect location for a hen party! Chris was the most amazing host with all his information to ensure the stay was as perfect as it could have been! Chris was always on hand if anything was required and always ready to answer questions along with giving recommendations! Location was perfect in a very quiet neighbourhood with a 5 minute walk to the train station to get straight into the centre of Glasgow in no time! Would highly recommend staying here to anyone!

A location with an interesting history; just a few minutes walk (beside the river) from Dunblane’s centre but tranquil, comfortable and secluded. Perfect to visit the surrounding area but also an easy train journey to Stirling and Edinburgh for the sights.

David is very friendly. He helped me with my difficulties during my stay here. It was part of my trip to Scotland, but I travel here with very good memories.

The Orchard Hideaway was absolutely beautiful. The perfect spot for a peaceful weekend in the borders Maggie is a fantastic host who really goes the extra mile with great recommendations.
