This house is truly something special. The perfect blend of countryside retreat with modern aspects. Everything has been thought of and the beds were very comfortable. The local town is only a 7 minute drive which has everything you could need. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect relaxing getaway. Make sure you explore the gardens.

We had the perfect weekend away at Wallace Lodge. Wallace was super responsive and kindly flexible with check in. Instructions were incredibly clear and the surroundings are stunning - we absolutely loved it!

we had a wonderful stay , house is very well equipped, every room is spacious and clean , some lovely walks from the house , garden is beautiful and hot tub was great to relax in at night, will definitely book again

Great home. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds. Kitchen had everything you needed. The hot tub was great. We also made use of the pool table and darts. Great location and handy for shops and places to eat if you don’t want to cook. Nice riverside walk. This is our 2nd visit and we will definately be back. Would highly recommend.

Hazel’s place was perfect, beautiful lodge and surroundings. She greeted us on arrival to show how things worked and to make sure we were ok with everything. Hazels communication throughout was great. Hazel was very helpful and welcoming. We definitely recommend staying here and we hope to stay again. Thank you Hazel.

Our party was very happy with both the cottage and its location. Ian, our host went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We would very definitely recommend this cottage to anyone looking to stay in the area.

lovely place to stay feel right home. very cosy, loved that we could bring our puppy with us. will definitely come back ! Thank you for everything, not forgetting about the wee shop open 24/7 was perfect as there is everything what you need . The outside pizza oven superb you don't even need to bring food with you as there is plenty, thank you for everything once again , we will be back ❤️ love the place ❤️

Wonderful stay at this superb house. David was an excellent host and had thought of everything. Spacious rooms and toasty hot tub! We cycled to kielder water and ate in the pheasant Inn twice - delicious! Great time had by all

There are not enough stars available to rate Greenknowes Farmhouse. From the moment we landed in Edinburgh Airport, Gray our host was in touch, and was at the door to welcome us to this stunning home. Everything was perfect, great big house (we are a big family!), dog friendly with an enclosed back garden, a hot tub, very well equipped kitchen, games room with jukebox (!) a pool table, darts board and bar, strong wifi, very comfortable beds, shining bathrooms. Gray and Yvonne are the perfect hosts, at one stage the water disappeared (burst mains) and within 30 minutes there was a massive supply of water left at our door. Any questions we had were responded to within minutes, they could not have been more helpful. All in all it was a fabulous few days for a family get-together, thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely hope to return to Greenknowes. Lucky are the people who actually live in this beautiful part of Scotland, a mere 27 minutes from the airport!! **********

We stayed as a group of 8 and could not rate our stay high enough! The area was stunning and private, the villa was spacious and comfortable and our host was attentive for the entire duration of the stay. We cannot wait to book our next stay and hope to make it an annual trip! 12 out of 10!

Perfect for our Golden Wedding celebrations with our children and grandchildren. Wonderful, spacious, relaxed house and easy parking. Great location with beautiful walks from the door, we didn’t use the car at all. Huge bedrooms and all en-suite- a big plus. A great house for family games - hide & seek and sardines being particular favourites! Lots of fun playing snooker and backgammon (all provided) We had a local chef to cook for us on Saturday evening. A truly memorable long weekend. Nick was a great host responsive about arrival/ departure times and gave us information about activities in Moffat, which is only 10 mins walk away.

We were only at Kenny’s place for 1 day and wish it could have been longer. He was out of town but Margaret took good care of us and showed us around. His house is beautiful especially his front porch and back patio. Our room was spacious and spotless

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful house in Fife! We were a big group of three families, and the space was perfect for everyone. The house is spacious, well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals for our large group, and the dining area was perfect for family dinners. The location was also great – close to local attractions and beautiful coastal walks. The outdoor space was perfect for the kids to play, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway with a large group. We hope to return again!

Really enjoyed our stay for a family celebration, great open plan kitchen, living, dining and garden lovely for spending time altogether. Flexible bedrooms - able to make one a twin. Clean, well equipped and luxurious feel. Two full bathrooms. Street is quiet, feels safe and parking easy, no shops, cafes, bars etc. within close walking distance. Bus or Uber both easy to get into city centre and was nice to escape the hustle and bustle after a day sightseeing and at the festival. Suspect price was higher due to time of year and compared to other properties we viewed were very happy we chose this one. Rachel was very prompt with communication, instructions, restaurant recommendations and help when required.

The Pink Spa/Cottage is perfect! Cosy, clean, quiet, peaceful with a Host who provides clear, concise comms - very helpful and goes the extra mile. Beds are so comfy with lively bed linen, and even bathrobes/slippers were provided. Hot tub is a very generous size and fabulous..especially with snow all around! We cannot rate The Pink Spa/Cottage highly enough - absolutely perfect!

Excellent stay in lovely house. Plenty of space and well equipped. Immaculately clean. Great location, quiet, nice view of Loch Tay. Hosts very friendly and really quick in response to any questions. Would recommend and stay again myself.

Beautiful little cabin in a lovely setting, private but well connected. Really lovely touch that paul had left us abottle of wine and a Christmas card. We will be back.

Martin was brilliant, always on hand to help and very responsive and friendly. The lodge is exactly as described, very clean, spacious, lovely surroundings and in a nice location for walks and scenery. Lodge is fully equipped with everything you would want/need. Had a great stay and would gladly visit again!

Had the most perfect stay at fairgreen cabin, Alice was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had during our stay. The cabin is stunning and in the perfect location with beautiful views. We will definitely be back for another visit. Thank you Alice!

This is a gorgeous lodge to book. It is perfect for 2 couples to stay overnight with a separate lodge for each. The fire hut is a great place to relax and stay warm. The games room is fun. The hosts were lovely and very accommodating with great communication. The rooms were stunning and clean. There are massage chairs in each lodge which were amazing. The lodges are well equipped, there was an air fryer and coffee machine and Bluetooth speaker. I would highly recommend this place and would love to rebook in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Samantha’s cabin, Tirah’s Landing, with our two young children and puppy. The place was absolutely immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing break. The breathtaking scenery across the private loch was a real highlight, and we loved exploring the lovely private trails within the grounds. It was the perfect combination of tranquillity and adventure for the whole family. Samantha was incredibly easy to deal with and made the whole process seamless. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and hope to return in the future!

Stayed here for two nights for a friend’s special birthday. We had a fantastic time and felt right at home straight away. The lodge is extremely clean and well looked after. There is lots of cutlery, cooking equipment etc. no need to bring any extras. Beds are very comfortable. We had a question about a noise we could hear from nearby and Emily was very quick to respond. (There is an army training camp nearby). Location is very peaceful. 10/10 stay and we are already hoping to return again next year 😃

Rosemarie and Jim were fantastic hosts and Bizzyberry Lodge was a true home from home for us during or stay. Everything is as listed. Very clean and it had all the amenities as listed. It was a great place for our family vacation and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable stay. The property is well maintained and Jim and Rosie are very friendly and personable. The location is good and well situated if you’re looking for a central base. We were able to travel to Edinburgh, St. Andrews, Falkirk, Stirling, Glencoe and the Borders on day trips. Just returned from a weekend here. Such a quiet and peaceful location. Andrew was brilliant, met us on arrival and showed us about and made sure we had no questions. Gave us some recommendations of walks and places to go. The cabin was beautiful the photos really don’t do it justice. It’s so cosy and is perfect for a relaxing weekend away.
