Highly recommended accommodation. Very spacious for the price, with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom, and balcony. Clean, with plenty of natural light and great interior decoration. Good WIFI for remote working. Access to washer and dryer. The host lives downstairs. She is friendly, responsive, and respects your privacy. She has 2 cats that sometimes wander upstairs so you should consider that if you are highly allergic to dander. Nice neighborhood too. Street sweeping on Tue morning so parking can be tricky that day. Otherwise, you’ll find available spaces in the condo or street. I definitely plan to stay here again.

Susan’s place was incredibly clean, and we felt comfortable right away. The size is perfect for two people. The garage and the washing machine below the apartment were super convenient. Everything you need for a stay near the beach is provided—chairs, an umbrella, and more. We experienced a power outage affecting the entire street, but Susan immediately supported us and ensured everything was taken care of. We truly felt looked after. Highly recommended!

My husband and I loved Ted's place! I was a little concerned about it being a full size bed but my 6'2" husband and I slept great in it every night. As others have stated, there is road noise (it's on a main street) but it honestly did not bother us at all. We enjoyed having a kcup coffee maker and fridge. Ted was quick to respond to any of our questions. We walked everywhere, the location was fantastic and the price was great. We hope to stay again in the future. Maybe next time we will bring our little fur babies :) Thank you for a great stay!

Place is safe and quiet. Communication was good. they are responsive to your needs and are flexible. Place is 10 minutes from beach.
