Sharon’s Newport Airbnb was the perfect getaway with stunning views and a comfortable family vibe… perfect for the 6 of us… The beds made for a great night’s rest, and the place had everything we needed. Being able to easily park 2 vehicles was a huge plus. And, place is within walking distance of many conveniences including a deli and pharmacy.

Roger was very proactive. He gave thorough and thoughtful instructions and recommendations. House was beautiful, lots of space in the living room and kitchen as well as outside on the patio, also had adequate parking, with a private parking spot in the back aswell as parking on the street in front of the house. The keypad door for self-check in was great and made us feel secure and comfortable. Overall a great, clean experience and great host!

We loved our stay here! The place was meticulously clean, very comfortable bed, super responsive hosts with great suggestions and the most peaceful place to sit on the balcony and take in the sights. If you’re debating if this is the place to stay in Laguna, book it! We don’t often say we’ll rebook an Airbnb because we like to explore what’s out there - that’s not the case here; we will definitely be back!

This was a dream come true for me and my kids for their spring break! We felt right at home in our quiet, beautiful and peaceful place. We loved all the amenities and the nice cozy beds. The view was breathtaking and the golf cart was amazing to have. I also really appreciated all of the details on where the place was located and how to turn tv on and how everything worked. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back and stay again!

My family and I had a great stay and enjoyed the amenities Karen’s place had to offer. The place was very clean and well kept. The location was great for what we wanted to do. We enjoyed the quiet relaxation and the wonderful nature preserve for our morning walks as well the facility’s pool and hot tub. Karen and Lauren we're great hosts...very friendly, responsive, and accommodating.

A wonderful home! Our family had plenty of space for the kids, parents, and grandparents. Everyone had their own room. It was amazing to have four bedrooms all on the first floor. There was a beautiful yard the kids just loved with citrus trees. The kitchen table was nice and big so we could all eat together. The thick towels were very comfy. The kitchen counter was beautiful, would use that in my home, it was so nice. Neighborhood was quiet. We would love to come again here. Ideal for families.

Close to the beach and shops. Loved the farmers market they have on Sundays. Walls are thin and you can hear the footsteps from upstairs but overall the stay was great! Has all amenities and was dog friendly where I could bring my pup with me. I will definitely stay here again.

Scott was an excellent host and the house was just what we needed. The check in and out process so very simple and the place was a great location for us who were there for a horse show. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet in the evening. The only thing I will say is it is first come for parking which Scott clearly shares in the listing, but having two big trucks it was hard to find parking. Only one night did we park over in another area. I would just be aware with a bigger vehicle is a little harder. I really appreciated how upfront Scott was about parking! I would strongly recommend this Airbnb!

Ann's place was perfect for our stay! I'd say it was a bit cramped for 6 adults, but we loved spending time in the backyard which made it all worth it! Ann's location was perfect for a quick walk downtown for some coffee and shopping! She is located in a lovely neighborhood and close to a nice park!

Lovely place on Catalina Island with views galore! We very much enjoyed the decks all with harbor/ocean views. The kitchen was wonderfully equipped and made it easy for us to eat breakfast in and enjoy the restaurants right down the hill for the rest of the time. The great views come by being at the top of a lot of stairs (they are shown in the photos). It was no problem for us but it could be a problem for older guests or young children. Communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommended!
