Waterfront vacation rentals in Lakeland

The area seemed very safe, and Universal was a 10-15 minute drive away. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated. It was very quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. Check out instructions were very reasonable. We would stay here again.

We loved staying at this accommodation! The hosts are very attentive and think of every detail to make it easier and ensure you have a great experience. ☺️ We loved being able to use the kayaks, so much fun. The lake has a beautiful view and an incredible sunset. It's a great place to relax and unwind.

5 stars all around! I just spent 5 nights at the Treehouse and hated to leave. I'm in sync with all the other reviews as they say it all! Perfect place just off the highways but close to the necessities in the Orlando/Lakeland area. Delightful views on Lake Ariana and plenty of rabbits and squirrels to watch while relaxing at the end of the day. Joni and Dennis were wonderful hosts and just a text away to answer any questions. Definitely will stay here again when I get back to the area. BOOK IT!

John was a wonderful host! His arrival instructions were detailed and super helpful, and he responded to all of my questions immediately! The Airbnb was lovely, super clean, cute and exactly what we needed for the weekend (and the backyard area was the perfect place to sit near the water and relax!). If you’re looking for a peaceful space that is still super close to everything you might want to do in Tampa, I highly recommend booking a stay here! We will definitely book here again the next time we are visiting Tampa.

Cute and quiet stay. Perfect place for two people. Very peaceful with a beautiful little lake behind property. About 25 minutes to Universal and to Disney World. We will definitely be booking this place again

This place was amazing and not far from anything. Place was clean, private, very peaceful. The bed was to die for and like sleeping on a cloud. Definitely a gem to be had whether visiting Disney or diving the lower springs. Restaurants were very close by. Courtney was an amazing host and an amazing place

I stayed here w 2 teenage girls and my mom,and it was good for the 4 of us. Everyone had their own space and the 2 bathrooms made getting ready easy. The kitchen was clean and we cooked many meals to save $. The pool was usually empty, which made it relaxing. The building felt safe even going to take out trash and laundry was safe and easily accessible. The door lock was a little loose but it still secured. We would rent again if back in Orlando !!

A truly memorable experience! One day was as peaceful and relaxing as I could have hoped for, while the next was filled with the excitement and joy of swimming and kayaking. The kids had a blast fishing and catching blue crabs off the dock. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation.

Great place to stay! Can’t to town for a concert at the Yuengling center and was about a 20min car ride. Walking distance to the hard rock which was awesome! The house was very clean and the view was great! Michael was vey nice and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

Such a cute spot and a quick kayak ride to the beautiful clear weeki Wachee river. Couldn’t find the washer and dryer and Derick responded very quickly. Would def stay again :)

Beautiful, well maintained and stocked property(toilet paper, trash bags etc)!! We enjoyed fishing off the dock as well as relaxing in the hot tub while the kids played in the pool! The beds were comfy home was clean and comfortable! Didn’t hear a complaint from anyone! We loved that the home was located walking distance to restaurants!

We loved our stay here! The paddle boards and kayaks were such a plus to have everyday and go multiple times on the creek! Such a beautiful place to stay and enjoy the heart of Weeki Wachee.

We loved our stay here for our family of 5 with young children. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. We spent a lot of time on the deck watching the manatees. Great sunsets! It’s a quiet community with 2 pools. The one by Hooks restaurant was warm and the kids loved it. The food at both restaurants was excellent. Nice beach with a private area you can rent umbrellas and chairs. There were 2 chairs, pool noodles and beach towels at the house as well. We enjoyed our outing to the sea turtle hospital. We prefer to walk so the distance to the pools/beach/restaurants was not an issue - worth keeping in mind if you have mobility issues, you may want to consider driving. This is a 3 story condo with the 1st floor a garage(owner access only) and car port(for guest); 2nd floor living, 2 decks, kitchen, bath, laundry; 3rd floor 2 bdrms, 2 decks, 2 baths. If you have small kids you will want to bring a gate for the stairs and put the breakable beach decor up high. Would stay again!

Condo was spacious and had what we needed. Showers had good pressure. The king bed was very comfortable. There isn’t any streaming, only cable and the WiFi wasn’t good, but we had a great time. The pool is really warm and huge so we really enjoyed that. It’s really close to anything theme park related, Disney Springs, etc. The balcony was fantastic with a very relaxing view.

Our stay was very refreshing and just what we needed to escape the cold weather here in Michigan. Shane made everything very easy with clear instructions and everything that we needed. He made us feel right at home, He was always responsive in a quick manner when we had questions. Will definitely revisit his condo and will share recommendations.

The resort was perfect with a tiki bar and food available ( breakfast and coffee in morning) all day if you are not cooking while on vaca.Relaxing at the pool that overlooks the bay! The views of the sunset were amazing!! Clearwater beach is 30 minutes (depending on time of day) went two times during my stay Your place is lovely and I would love to return!

We had such a wonderful stay!!! We loved that it was located right on Tampa Bay. Beautiful views and sunsets. We also loved the pool, pool bar & grill. It was so FUN! The condo was immaculate and so nicely decorated - everything looked brand new! The bed was very comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and so much more! It was a little small, but it was perfect for my husband and me. Once in a while we heard kids running outside the condo at night, but it was minor. We didn’t go to the beach or use the grills, but many guests appeared to enjoy them. Nikki was great - she was incredibly caring and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. This is a great place to vacation! Everything was as stated and David stayed in communication through texts. We didn't need to contact him because everything was so clear. Would highly recommended staying here!

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit.
