Property is on a beautiful pristine lake, with lake access and free amenities, to provide a wonderful experience on the lake. However, you can not view lake from the cottage window. It is a 1 minute walk from cottage to the lake edge. Chairs, fire pit and grill may be provided at lake edge or at unit. Great place to stay! Can’t to town for a concert at the Yuengling center and was about a 20min car ride. Walking distance to the hard rock which was awesome! The house was very clean and the view was great! Michael was vey nice and responsive. Will definitely stay again!

We were in a mandatory evacuation zone due to flooding and we’re going to be without water for a week. This caused us to leave our home abruptly late at night with little notice. William allowed us to check in early, and provided a pack & play for my little one to sleep in. We were able to bring our dog. The scenery was beautiful, the house was so cute, we never heard the guests or neighbors. Very close driving to Disney, and under an hour to several beaches. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Great location! Wonderful house and in a perfect spot! The listing says it sleeps 6 but there are only two beds and all the couches are love seats that don’t pull out. So unless you’re sleeping 3 to a bed or have 2 children or dwarves, it sleeps 4. I could be wrong, but I sent messages to the host that weren’t responded to. Otherwise, we would definitely stay again!

We stayed at Jasmin’s place for spring break. We planned a Disney trip and her place was close to the parks, and there was plenty to do around the area. We even made a day trip to Tampa Bay/Clearwater for a beach day. Very convenient location, gated community vibe with pools. We enjoyed morning walks with coffee to the lake within the community.

The place is beautiful and spacious. The sounds of nature in the morning sitting out side in the morning is such a relaxing vibe and scenery, everything you need for a vacation is here. And Sonia was a great host she responded quickly and was very caring and reassuring for everything. I well be rebooking with these wonderful ladies again.
