This condo was amazing, tons of space inside a 2 bedroom unit. The location was great, just far enough from downtown but very walkable. Communication was fast with clear instructions for all information you would need for the property. I will definitely book this property again.

This place is very well-located to visit the theme parks. It’s a very nice apartment, fully functional, matching the description and pictures. Lucy is a great host, proactively in touch and replies very fast. I do recommend your stay here if you are looking for a great location, with restaurants around you and easy access to the highway.

Perfect for anyone walking to the Amelia Arena! Went to the Sabrina concert with a friend, was able to walk back to change and then walk about to downtown with no issues. The street is lots of lights to walk at night me felt pretty safe. I liked that the complex had a security guard at the door late at night so nobody should be sneaking up behind you. Tons of guest parking and cheap for $20.00 daily. Apartment was perfect for a quick pit stop to shower and sleep, nothing special but very cozy.

Wonderful place to stay. Very clean, easy to get to and great amenities . Close to Disney parks as well as restaurants shopping. We didn't see a hair dryer in the apartment so I sent a note to our host and they had one delivered the next day. I highly recommend this property / host.

Tom and Sandy were wonderful hosts once again. We have stayed in their homes before and always have a positive experience. These condos are especially appealing to us because they are located in a great central location to everything there is to do around Brandon, Tampa, St Pete, and even Orlando. David was great. Responded to all my questions. Place was clean and ready for us on arrival. Allowed us to check-in early. My girls loved it and will stay their again.

Amazing apartment, close to Disney, there are some restaurants within walking distance if you navigate yourself through the complex (don't follow the google map pathway as this takes you the long way round). The main pool area is about 7 to 10 mins walk away but is easy to get to, there is also a smaller and much quieter pool less than 1 minute away. The apartment has a washing machine and tumble dryer which is great for being able to do your laundry between park days. Bedrooms and bathrooms are a generous size and kitchen is well equipped. Beatrix was amazing to communicate with, I would highly recommend this accommodation.

Besides the staircase undergoing construction and that being a little scary going up and down on wooden stairs they made hours prior to your arrival, it was still a very nice stay with everything being within 10 minutes away!

Good place in Kissimmee, close to all the attractions in and around Orlando. Well equipped apartment, clean, comfy beds, good appliances and well-stocked kitchen. Good communication with host. Thanks for having us.

The house is great, just like the description. The location is also excellent, close to outlets and parks. Extremely comfortable beds and linen and towels in excellent condition. The only point of attention is the delay in the response of the company that manages the access gate, but nothing to harm the stay. I would rent the house again, I was very pleased

The place was as she described, however my only grievance was the address given was not the address of the Airbnb but near it, I would say to put the address as the address of the building itself not its neighboring buildings.

Excellent communication. Lovely place in general in a very nice area. Check-in was smooth and there were no problems during our stay whatsoever.

We stayed for a week at this beautiful home, and we felt very welcomed as soon as we arrived. My entire family enjoyed playing mini golf at the club house and it was amazing having a private pool right out back. I would highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a nice quiet place to stay close to Orlando in a secure environment that feels safe for their family!

This place has everything a family home would have, which was perfect for hosting a small gathering. I appreciated the house slippers as well.

Perfect location, size, and setup for my family to use as a meeting point, a hangout to play pool and spot to watch football on the big screen. Brent was super responsive and helpful with my many inquiries. The downside is that street parking is difficult in that area, but he did his best to help accommodate us and give us alternatives, which we were grateful for (we had 3 cars, which was not ideal in that area). Also, the gym, although very nice, gets really loud in the early mornings, so if you want to sleep in, it could be a challenge. Luckily, my family are early birds so no one seemed to mind. Overall 10/10 experience for big groups who want a great hangout spot/be walking distance to downtown!

Stayed for 2 1/2 months and very much enjoyed our stay. Very modern with new appliances. Selena was extremely helpful anytime we needed anything. Would definitely stay again.

If you want a host who will treat you like family, she's your gal! She was so sweet and personable. Dianey was very accommodating and when we had any questions or concerns, she usually answered within a half hour. Dianey also had a little christmas tree and little candies out in a candy to make it a little festive which was nice. It was so very family-friendly and even had a little variety of toys for my little one to play with 🥰
