House vacation rentals in Lake Placid

Pictures don't do this place justice ! It's absolutely stunning clean and you feel just at home ! Water pressure was amazing bed where comfortable! And the outside with the pool was awesome ,you could watch the cows across the lake swim it was great the kids and I got quite the kick out of the cows ! Also propane was empty and Wendy was very prompt in reimbursement for the new tank I'm talking 20minutes and she was there and so apologetic!! We own rentals in Ohio so we know how stressfull and difficult this business can be and Wendy is totally crushing it she is amazing!!!

Perfect location for our Spartan race event. We love the layout of the house, it was nice and clean. Our host was quick to response to our questions. Will definitely stay here again!

Melissa was a wonderful host, she responded timely and was always friendly. The place was exactly what we needed for our trip to Sebring. It was spacious, clean and well furnished. We especially loved spending time on the patio by the pool, though it was too cold for us to swim sadly!

Perfect place for our family get together! We played games, swam and enjoyed the hot tub, and visited the local farmer’s market. The grounds were beautiful, entertainment plentiful, and lots of space for the 12 of us. Beware of the mosquitos outside at night though!

We enjoyed our Friendsgiving at this lovely home. Walking up in the morning to Sandhill Cranes and watching the sun rise over the lake made for a very relaxing evening. Gathering around the fire at night was another treat. Our kids had a great time playing all the indoor games, it was a big hit on the one day that it rained. This is the perfect place for a large gathering, with 9 bedrooms everyone had their own space. BONUS....pet friendly! The hosts are always available to assist with any issue that may arise. Highly recommend it!

Our stay was nothing short of magical. Mike was super easy to get ahold of and he made sure we’re taken care of.

Autumn and Eric are wonderful, kind and very available hosts. They went above and beyond to answer any questions, and to help with any needs during my stay. So blessed to have found their home.

We stayed here for 3 weeks and really enjoyed our time here. The house was very clean and has a lot of space with plenty of natural light. Lots of seating on the back deck to enjoy the sunshine as well. The kitchen was nice for cooking and we were happy to have the washer and dryer. TJ and Sylvia were very responsive and wonderful at recommending good places to visit. Everything about the house is cozy and comfortable and it’s also located in the perfect spot. Right across from the lake and a short drive to the circle in down town Sebring. A few miles from 2 hiking parks that we went to every day and several golf courses along with several places to eat. There’s also a great wide smooth walking sidewalk across the street along the lake that shows how pretty the lake is. We would stay here again in January of next year but it is booked already!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were very responsive and checked on us. We were visiting the area for an event and there are limited hospitality accommodations, and what there is, they aren’t the best quality. So Dusty’s place was perfect! It was so clean, and comfortable: will definitely be returning.

Located in a nice neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, shower has great water pressure, everything was clean and the furniture was comfortable. Lawn and property was well kept. Alice was responsive when we had a little trouble with the automatic door opener but we soon got the hang of it. Very close to Winn Dixie grocery store for quick trips and about 10 minutes from downtown Lake Placid and Publix. Will be staying again.

Everything was perfect. The house is close enough to restaurants and stores. House was exactly what was described. Amazing view of the lake. And the house was big enough to accommodate 6 adults. Plenty of space!!! Host was awesome. Answered any questions I had. When I come back to Sebring I will definitely be staying here again.

Five stars on everything! We enjoyed our stay and wish we could have stayed longer than one night. The cottage is easy to find, very clean, and very comfortable, Wi-Fi and smart TVs work great. We didn't have time to use the grill and the hot tub, but we loved the firepit at the large front yard with plenty of firewood provided. There were also complimentary snacks, water, coffee pods, and a full-size washer and dryer. We had a chance to meet Carlos and Diana on our way out, they were truly kind people with great hospitality. We highly recommend Carlos's place and definitely will stay again!

Place was more than we expected. Very clean and super nice. It felt like home. Will definitely be back next year. Thanks for the awesome week!

What a wonderful place for a family Christmas gathering…or any occasion! The kitchen is huge and we cooked everything from tomato soup to crab cakes to peppermint bark — super fun. We ate and played games together at the large country dining table, watched movies together on the enormous sofa. Some of us were obsessed with completing a puzzle at the smaller game table in the living room, others played video games, ping pong, and shuffle board in the game room. Outside, we played bocce ball on the lawn, jumped in the water and went out on the lake on a pontoon boat rented from Lake June Boat Rentals, which was great. We had a fantastic vacation that was made possible by Paris’s wonderful home. Thank you so much.

We loved staying here, it was so peaceful and quiet. The neighbors we did meet were very friendly, having a bass boat I'm sure helped spark conversion. We absolutely loved relaxing in the hot tub, hanging out in the screened in porch and even caught a couple bass off the back yard dock. Our little dog, Peanut, loved the fenced in backyard and playikg with the toys in the doggie bag that was left. Marni was a great host! We would definitely come back again!

This lovely home was perfect in every way. It was clean, comfortable, with a very lovely Florida room. It had a great dock where we could keep our boat and a nice sitting area on the dock. Melissa was a fantastic host. She always responded immediately and went out of her way to accommodate us. We will be back.

We had a peaceful and fun stay! There is easy parking for up to 4 cars. The house sits on a road which is not too busy. We enjoyed the lake views and canoeing. The backyard is very private since there are only trees to the right and the house to the left has no residents. We made family memories here!!

The best place after your own home. I am really thankful to Greg and April for the kindness and hospitality. The home was beautiful, clean and full of amenities which makes it perfect getaway from hustling city life. The rooms, washrooms, linens, kitchen were super clean. The location of this house is so perfect next to lake with such a beautiful scenic view. I thanks to host for making my and my families trip so relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely go back again.💕
