Monthly Rentals in La Mesa

I extended my stay at Allison’s studio twice, spending two months. It is relatively new (as are all items in the studio) private, cute, clean and stocked with everything you need. Great host in all aspects! Allison’s La Mesa studio is located in a safe quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the La Mesa Village. There you will find an assortment of restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and a few boutiques along with home to a farmers market Friday evenings. Will definitely stay again.

This place is so cute! Shane was always communicative and accommodating. The house was very comfortable, clean, and quite from the beds to the neighborhood. We loved sitting in the rocking chairs watching the hummingbirds. It was great that there was a private entrance to the back room and the jack an jill style bathroom it felt like we were never tripping over each other. The kitchen had everything you needed from utensils to appliances, although the counter space is lacking its manageable. Great stay all around! *story time: we noticed an accumulation of bees outside in the corner of the house. we mentioned it to shane and she had a bee relocator come out the next day. there was a hive in the walls- and it was taken care of! Thanks for being so on it Shane!

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

Fabulous stay at Barb’s cottage. My second time here and will be back again. Great location, comfy bed, quiet and wonderful host.
