Monthly Rentals in Key Colony Beach

Great place. A small kitchen if your wanting to cook a lot, no dishwasher. Loved having our boat right out back. Close to pretty much every and anything you'd like to do. The cost was very affordable compared to other places we've rented but was definitely a downgrade from those other places, the money was right for what it is. Older beds were a lil uncomfortable for our two week stay but not unsleepable. Couch in living room could use a shampooing, we purchased a blanket to have a cover on it. Host was attentive and friendly. Would recommend, definitely had an enjoyable stay for the most part. Couldn't ask for a better location either.

Great stay in Key Colony. We come to fish and lobster and rest. This place met all of our needs. Our family was comfortable, the house was clean, and we had an incredible stay. We have already rebooked for next year!

We loved our stay for sure and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, peaceful, classy stay. If we return to the Keys, I’ll look for this house first to see if it’s available. Roy even gave a few suggestions of places to eat and visit… we were not disappointed!.

Such a fantastic place to stay - my best ever experience with Airbnb. The garden by the canal is a fantastic place to relax in the evening. The neighbours on both sides were lovely people and so welcoming. Had such a relaxing break. The house is really well equipped - big fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooking equipment etc. There’s a Weber BBQ in the garden with all the cooking utensils you’ll need. It’s a really nice, quiet street with some great places to eat and drink nearby and within walking distance. Thoroughly recommend the place. Cheers Nick
