Family-friendly vacation rentals in Key Colony Beach

We had an amazing stay! The house was super clean when we arrived, and Roy was incredibly accommodating—he even let us check in early and drop off our bike rentals ahead of time. He was very responsive throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. The space was perfect, in a great location with easy access to everything, and we absolutely loved the Cabana Club. This rental has everything you need for a fantastic time in KCB. We definitely plan on coming back!

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful, relaxing, and right on the water. We spent so much time unwinding on the dock, soaking in the beautiful views and enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. The Marathon area was a fantastic place to explore, offering everything we needed for an unforgettable getaway. We loved being close to state parks for hiking and wildlife spotting, as well as having access to amazing restaurants serving fresh seafood. Bike rentals were nearby, making it easy to explore the area at a leisurely pace. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, this is the place to be!

Beautiful home that comfortably held our 6 person family of adults. Absolutely loved the pool, spa, and outdoor seating. Really nice kitchen and bathrooms. We used Marathon as home base and drove to Key Largo, Key West, etc. Always nice to return to the house and pool to relax!

It was an unforgettable week in Maria and Johnny's house. The house was very clean and beautifully furnished. Each of our three children had their own room in which they felt very comfortable. Our bedroom had a large terrace where my wife could do yoga in the morning sun. The kitchen and living room were really well epuiped and terrace with the hot tub were just right for a relaxing family holiday. Nothing was missing. Communication with Johnny was easy and quick. He gave us great ideas for activities and restaurants in the area. Thank you for that. We can highly recommend Maria and Johnny's accommodation!

Just what we needed for winter break , loved having coffee in the morning on the canal, hammock very relaxing, liked the open living space.

This house was absolutely amazing! Our family had the best week here. The outside area was so nice and lots of room. We all enjoyed the pool. I loved to sit on the swing every morning and evening. The house was perfect, had everything we needed for our family of 6. It was walking distance to the cabana club that we very much enjoyed also. Lots of food options within a 15 min drive. We would absolutely love to come back and stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was exceptionally clean. Coming into a clean unit sets the tone for the stay. The furnishings inside and out were very nice The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, which we did. We didn’t have a lot of luck with our restaurant choices throughout the Keys. However, we did follow Rich’s lead and had a good experience at the Square Grouper in Islamorada. Rich was super helpful and communicated throughout the process.

This house was a perfect spot for my partner and I and Cooper our pup. swam in the pool, sat in jacuzzi, paddle boarded ,kayaked, road the bikes, ect. we brought our boat down but unfortunately had a few issues with it so wasn't able to go out fishing as much as we'd liked. but there was plenty to do at and around this beautiful place. would definitely come back in the future:))

We had an amazing time at this property. The location was couldn't get any better. We brought our boat and property was perfect for that. We are already starting to plan for next year!

This unit in Marathon had everything for relaxing and quiet vacation. The furniture and artwork were very well selected and made the stay more upscale. Super clean and excellent quality bed linens and kitchen gear. Concierge arranged for bike rentals so we could easily explore the area. We biked, walked and drive from Key West to Islamorada daily. Our fav vacay rental thus far!

This home was just what my family needed for our vacation! We all loved relaxing in the outdoor living room surrounded by greenery. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool and kayaking through the canals and Boot Key. We made most of our meals due to dietary restrictions, and the kitchen here was adequate. The location in Marathon is excellent! It was just a 5-minute walk to Sombrero Beach, so we never had to worry about parking. We could easily drive to all the activities we wanted to do in the area, too.

Fish Camp was spotless and the owners and property management were very communicative leading up to our trip and once we arrived. No major issues - and if we reached out they responded right away. Beach chairs would have been a great addition for our stay.

This place had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation prior to the crazy Holiday season. we only had 6 people but it would easily accommodate more. Monica was responsive to any questions or concerns. The location was perfect. Easy access to sombrero Beach and Marathon amenities: bars, restaurants, and activities. we were able to experience a turtle release on Sombrero Beach from The Turtle Hospital. Highly recommend renting from Monica again and on Marathon Beach.

We came for our second stay at Judy’s lovely house. It’s very clean and very comfortable and in a great location. The tiki hut has very comfortable chairs and is a great place to unwind with a drink in the evening. Highly recommended!!

Location, location, location! Great views, nice pool area, dock space if needed. Walkable to several resorts and turtle sanctuary.

It was an awesome place! Beautiful, clean, and cozy! You can pull your boat right up to the dock! easy access threw the canal to the ocean and a couple of restraunts! pools nice! plenty of room for a big family! All of your amenities are nearby! Grocery store, restraunts, bars if your into that, gift shops and more!

THE best place to stay in Marathon. Private quiet beach and everything in the area. Stay here if you want to experience the Keys. I would recommend getting a rental or having a car.

We had a great time and had comfortable beds and all four bedrooms and three bathrooms, which was great for a group of nine. The balcony was large and it had a private pool which we use on a regular basis and felt private. The only negative was that we were expecting to be able to swim there and it was very dirty and stinky due to seaweed. I understand there is no control over this, but it should not be advertised as a swimming space. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would come back again. Manager Susan was very on top of it and super responsive. also very flexible with checking in and out.

You won’t find a better set up than this with family. Playground, beach, pool , sidewalks for walking everywhere, and great kayaking area as well. And the owner makes sure his guests have all they need.

We had a great stay at Mary and Jeff’s. The house was clean and comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool, we fished off Key West, and we rented a boat for a day just down the street. If you’re looking to visit the Keys I definitely recommended their house for your stay.

Susan and Dale were on-site, extremely responsive and helpful. We had a great sunset boat ride, great conversation, the pool was clean and warm and lots of sand toys everything we needed and more. We would absolutely stay again.

This place was what we hoped it would be. It was peaceful, beautiful surroundings, and comfortable. It was exceptionally clean and the outdoor atmosphere was our favorite!! Nice tiki eating area, nice outdoor seating and so peaceful. Will definitely be back next year. Thank you Mark!!
