Monthly Rentals in Kernville

Very clean and updated inside. Very close to the downtown area. No complaints other than no WiFi or tv without having to use your phone for a hotspot. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to at least had local stations. Otherwise great stay and accommodating.

I would happily recommend Dave’s place to anyone looking to explore the Sequoia Forest and surrounding areas. Dave was friendly, communicative and went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect stay.

My wife and I joined my parents in Michelle's place for the Thanksgiving holiday. We spent two nights together. The home was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked and had some very clean and retro GE appliances that reminded me of my childhood (oven and stove). Michelle was very responsive to questions and feedback. The home is easy to get to and close to town, hiking and other spots in Kernville. It has a very large driveway and carport - it can easily accommodate a larger group. The dining and living spaces are very large and the bedrooms are private and comfortable. Bathrooms are also nicely stocked with necessary items. The house also has a laundry room. The four of us had a lovely stay. We would definitely consider staying again should the need arise.

I liked the privacy and quiet neighborhood. The porch was my favorite place to sit and enjoy breakfast watching the hummingbirds.
