Beautiful place, we had an excellent end of the year with my family. The house is spacious and very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this vacation home! The property was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained with all the amenities you could ask for. The kitchenette was fully stocked, the bed was super comfortable, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing. The river views and access were amazing. The host was incredibly attentive, always available to answer questions and offer recommendations. The home and town were dog friendly. It truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!!

Great place to stay. Host is amazing. We had a small problem and he went out of his way to fix it.

Quito was great with communication and was quick to respond. Helpful and easy going. House was clean, comfortable and felt like home. Though there is nothing walking distance from the house, but the local attractions are just few minute drives away.

Our stay was excellent. The home was exactly as described, The host was attentive and quick to respond. We especially enjoyed the open layout, screened porch, and fully fenced backyard, which was perfect for our pet. We would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay, suberb host, better than expected. Dave's home felt like being in our own home. Dave went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, including ensuring that the house was warm when we arrived. Loved the plentiful snacks and supplies, including a chessboard that my husband really enjoyed. Beds were comfortable, as well as all of the various seating areas inside and out. Cooking supplies were also great as I cooked every day we were there. We will definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

We loved this place!!! It was very spacious and clean. the internet went out and the hosts were very quick to fix it. We come to Bakersfield 4-5 times a year and will definitely be staying here again!!!

Both Carol and Carroll were very helpful and responsive. It's helpful to me to turn off Wi-Fi at night and they made sure I figured out how to do it. The apartment is very cute and had every amenity one would need plus added snacks.

Nasirat & Olawale’s place was great! It’s brand new, spotlessly clean & so comfortable. Nasirat has gone above and beyond to make sure her guest not only enjoy their stay but are pampered. She had very nice touches to ensure this. They definitely are a 5 ⭐️ Place. Highly recommend, we will definitely be back.

This was my 3rd time staying at Allen’s condo. He is extremely communicative and friendly. Had absolutely zero issues. The kitchen is fully equipped to make my family a meal. The condo is exactly as pictured and very comfortable and homey.

The place was one of the kind. I stayed peacefully. The host was extremely responsive and was available and responded instantly. I lacked nothing.. I hope one day to visit and say hi to Amado. He was a friendly host

Very clean and comfortable space, with 2 separate large desks which make for a great workspace if working from home. Andrew was a very responsive and helpful host. He got back to us quickly with any questions or issues that arose. Kitchen was mostly stocked but could use a few more of the basics (tongs, mixing/serving bowls for example). It can get a bit loud from the street noise from nearby Gosford Road. Overall very pleased with stay and host

10/10 would absolutely stay there again. It was beautiful, so clean and cutely decorated. I absolutely LOVED the steam shower. I will definitely be staying there again next time I’m in the area.

Easy to find after a long day’s travel, arriving after dark. The unit worked perfectly for my two week work assignment, located close main roads but also walkable to downtown and nearby cute neighborhoods for walking. The bed was comfortable and there are two AC units for hot weather and ceiling fans. Lots of old cute built/in cabinetry. Easy parking out front. Would definitely stay again.
