Vacation rentals with a patio in Kailua-Kona

Excellent location in Ali’li drive near magicsands beach . 3 minutes to walk to the beach. Everything we needed for our two days over Christmas was there. Rebecca was super helpful with information.

We have been staying with Kaleo and her team at her various properties for corporate travel and she is very responsive if anything is needed. The location is safe for solo travelers and close to amenities. Her properties are always our first choice when traveling in the area.

Enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean, well furnished, and several fresh flowers were placed throughout. The host left a nice card and a bowl fresh fruit. Enjoyed eating breakfast on the private balcony overlooking the coast. The host provided concise instructions about location and how to check in. Thanks for a great stay.

An absolutely lovely house! Besides the terrace there are so many little touches that set this place apart, ex. coffee grinder for the coffee beans to enjoy a fresh coffee on the patio, well disigned layout with plenty of space, huge "master" bedroom. Besides the perfect sunset from the patio, you can also see the sunrise from the kitchen window appearing behind the mountain. Not in the center of the city but in a quite neighborhood with a few spots to visit close by, ex: Greenwell farms, which offers free tour, Shaka Tacos for food, a farmers market. The only complaint we had was that we only booked it for 2 nights :(.

Nate’s place was easy to find as he gave us clear directions. Upon arrival we found the accommodation was very pristine and very homey. Beautiful surroundings. Kanen’s place has such a breathtaking view of the ocean, it is even more impressive than the pics online. The place is also clean and feels like home, you can find everything you’ll need in the place, Karen is also very responsive.

Highly recommend! Exactly as described. We utilized the free shuttle to town quite a bit! Only runs once an hour but highly recommend. Condo was very clean and kitchen was stocked with everything and more! Wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Communication was a 10/10.

We enjoyed our stay! This is a Wyndham resort and they do invite you to listen to their timeshare spiels but they didn’t hound us about it, it is a nice location with plenty of room, much more room than other places if comparable prices. Clean and as described

I do not way to say too many nice things otherwise this place may not be available next time we want to come again, LOL. Great home, great location. Captain Cook is one of my favorite places on Big Island, after living there many years ago. Home is highly recommended.

This was the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Joe was welcoming and extremely helpful when it came to recommendations, surf conditions, and even when we had rental car troubles. It felt reassuring to know someone who really had our back! Also, we had a great time training Jiujitsu with Joe and his team. The home was clean and top-notch aesthetically. It was apparent that Joe takes care of the flora and landscaping surrounding the home as well! We would definitely recommend staying here! Mahalo Joe!

Tucked away in a beautifully landscaped neighborhood , the house is a tropical oasis from the activity of Kona. It’s nicely landscaped and has almost constant serenades from the tiny frogs and birds . We really enjoyed the bedrooms being separate from the living area and the dining in a covered area outside . It was also nice to find an assortment of basics to use , oils , spices etc. beach chairs , etc. It covered all our needs .

We loved staying at Paul’s place! It was such a peaceful and relaxing stay with amazing views! It was the perfect place for my bachelorette and 30th birthday and was very easy driving into town! We can’t wait to come back!!

Everything about Staci and Rich's place was perfection! The location and the view is STUNNING!! Waking up to the ocean every day was unbelievable. Staci was great with communication, she kept us in the loop of some repairs going on, and super responsive when I had questions about anything! I am almost afraid to tell everyone how amazing this place is, for fear it will be booked next time I want to come back!! We thoroughly enjoyed everything about it, and it was spotless also!! Thanks for your beautiful home!!

Perfect location with many beaches, restaurants, shops and attractions all within approx 15 minute drive with a few beaches within walking distance as well. Clean and well stocked. Great directions and communication wiith easy check in. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Terry's place was very nice, conveniently located (close, but not too close to the shopping district). You can watch the ocean from the property and walk down to it. There is not a beach in the typical sense, but it is really cool to walk on lava rocks as the waves hit and look at the marine life in the tide pool. There are lots of surfers and you can get lucky and see a whale or two. The unit was very clean and well kept with all the necessary comforts.

Great accommodations. We loved hearing the waves crash at night. It was so lovely Kristina gave us a bottle of red wine. Such a nice personal touch. In a central location. Just be mindful of the parking lot is a bit narrow, but doable as long as you are careful.

The apartment was great—exactly as described and thoughtfully furnished with so much care and attention to detail. You can immediately feel at home here. Tom was incredibly kind and went out of his way to make the stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay close to everything! My wife and I visited ill family on the Island, then were able to steal a few nights for ourselves to celebrate our 40th, both our BD's and my recent "Cancer Free" results after an 18 mo. battle. We couldn't have been more blessed and are so thankful we found Kitty's place and got to know her via messaging. What a gem of a person!!! And her lil studio faces the ocean just a few steps across the street. We sat, ate, drank, prayed, played cards on the darling little balcony with a phenomenal ocean view and hear the waves crashing all day and night. We loved leaving the slider (with screen) open as we never hear waves in ID LOL. We'd also left the front door open (there's a locking security screen) all night to get that amazing crosswind coming off the ocean. There is also a window size A/C that we only used occasionally if we were home for a few hours in the afternoon. We recommend Kitty's place to all. You'll not be sorry and you'll love her!

Beautiful condo. Walkable and very close to the beach walk and shops and restaurants. We were impressed with all the amenities that the condo provided. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Lovely condo and really couldn’t have been better for my wife daughter and I. Great location and the place had everything we needed.
