Vacation rentals with a patio in Hawaii

Timmy’s listing was very accurate and he was very responsive! - Awesome location and apartment was well thought out (efficient use of space, lots of storage for clothes, toiletries, other belongings, etc). - Really appreciated the beach accessories provided (sand toys, boogie boards, small cooler, 1 beach chair) There were even 2 umbrella strollers. - Beautiful views when waking up in the morning. Kitchen was good for simple meals (hot plate available) Stayed with 2 young kids and would stay there again for the value.

Robynne’s apartment was comfortable, clean, and as described. Robynne and Dave are friendly hosts and went out of their way to make us comfortable. When we asked about a wine opener/corkscrew, they immediately borrowed one for our use and purchased one the next day! We appreciated the many extra treats provided, especially the local fruits. Nice walkable neighborhood with ocean viewing opportunities. It’s a short drive to the big 2018 lava flows and 40 minutes (or longer with traffic) to get to Hilo from there, also about an hour drive to Volcanos National Park.

Love the location and place! Fit our family of 5 with a private space (bedroom), hallway with doors to separate areas. It didn’t feel like a hotel more like a studio. Place was clean and the AC worked really well. Loved the shower lots of water pressure. Big TVs and all the streaming available. Great view to sunrise. Balcony space to have breakfast or a recap at the end of the day with your favorite drink. Kitchen perfect to cook. You also had the option to taste food from the restaurant downstairs. Easy to get in and out and to find parking lot. Check in was easy and receptionist are very friendly, it is also well secured. Pool area awesome and can grill if you want. Theme was so cute, my girls love Disney. Welcomed with water and chocolates. Plenty of towels and any basic needs provided. Let us check in early without a problem or extra fees. Would stay here over and over! I will be sharing this place with our friends and family.

Allison’s place was great! Walking distance to a great beach, snorkeling gear, beach gear and bicycles! Upstairs neighbors were a little loud and stomping around a bit. But her place had all the things we needed for a great stay!

We had a great time at Jayden’s airbnb! The condo was clean, had all the amenities we needed. Beds were comfortable. The balcony was great and had nice views. We appreciated that he provided beach umbrellas/chairs etc. I will say at night it was a bit loud initially, the slider doors did not do the best job of keeping sound out from loud cars or sirens, which might be tough for light sleepers, but this didn’t bother us too much. The building itself had a pool, jacuzzi and sauna, as well as a laundry room and a small convenience store all on the 6th floor. There was a breakfast restaurant on the lobby floor as well which we unfortunately didn’t get to try but it looked good! The building is walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and the beach. Parking is a bit expensive- $45/day for overnight parking but I think that is standard for the area. Overall had a great time! Highly recommend!

The listing said "partial ocean view" but I thought that was being less than what you get. If you look straight from the balcony, you see the beach and to the right a lot of ocean and Lanai Island. Place was comfortable but some of the "directions" we not correct. The check-in at front desk is just to get pool pass but I didn't see why it was necessary (not locked during the day). The next BIG thing to note about this property is that they have really weird numbering. Go to the left off elevator for the even numbered property (which this is). Totally weird. Also note that the "beach" is not that wide but wide enough for the provided beach chairs. This is just nature changing the beach line. The place is close to grocery and restaurants on that side of the island. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. Enjoy!

This place was just what we needed for our stay. It was easy to get to the Volcano National Park, other sites and restaurants. I would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful time. The bed was so comfortable that we are thinking of purchasing one like it.

Great place for our family vacation

This was a great place to retreat to after fun days exploring the Island! Easy to find, conveniently located near the airport and not far from Kona town but away from all the hustle and bustle. We appreciated all the beach gear including a cooler, it made our days much more fun and convenient to pack familiar picnic foods for our kids. We all slept well here.

We had a wonderful stay at Dara’s place! The house was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed, including a washer, kitchen appliances, and toiletries, making our stay very comfortable. The surrounding environment was absolutely beautiful, with lush greenery and a peaceful natural setting that provided a relaxing atmosphere. It truly felt like a getaway in nature. The location was also great for exploring the Big Island, especially the eastern side. It was about 55 minutes to Volcano National Park and around 1 hour and 50 minutes to Mauna Kea, making it a good base for visiting these major attractions. Additionally, Hilo and many of the island’s eastern sights were within easy reach. Grocery stores and dining options were just a little over 20 minutes away, which made it convenient for getting supplies and meals.

This was quite a charming place with supportive hosts. We enjoyed the frog song but some may find it loud. The property is rich in design elements and immersing you in the out doors. Local recommendations and flexible hosts made for an overall good experience.

Driving up to Jeff and Shana’s home our family instantly fell in love. Located in a picturesque and welcoming community, t is off the beaten path, but centrally located to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and beaches. The home offered perfect amenities on our week long vacation with plenty of space indoors and outdoors to have time to ourselves. The kitchen and living area accommodated family and friends while preparing and gathering for meals and unwinding after exploring the island. With such a beautiful home it’s hard to want to leave, but we appreciate the great memories that our family created and will never forget.

I enjoyed staying here. The airbnb itself was very nice, spacious bedrooms, very cute decor, modern, and nicely stocked kitchen. We had everything we needed. The area was fine. It was always a 20-30 min drive to most things and you can't walk the airbnb too much. Also note that since this is in the mountains, it's cooler and rains a bit more.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The view is even better in person. If you are a plant person you are in for a special treat with the garden. There was more beach gear than we realized so talk to the host and prevent over packing! There is not really AC anywhere but the master (which works great), but there are many fans throughout and part of the upstairs can open to be “open air” space. The downstairs rooms can stay pretty cool if you set it all up right. We felt very safe and even with 6 people there was enough room for us all to spread out and have privacy and space. Great for a family.

Highly recommend this place! We only stayed a couple nights due to it nearly being fully booked. I can see why as the furnishings are top notch. The dining room table is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable. Very clean. They even had soft Kleenex and toilet paper along with nice towels in bathroom. You just don’t find that everywhere. The comforter in the closet made the bed extra cozy. Debi, the caretaker, was so sweet and informative and helped make my son’s 30th birthday something to remember! We enjoyed talking to her but she will also give you your space, if needed. Jenne is great at responding quickly. She even let us drop off my husband’s golf clubs early so we would be more comfortable in the car. We would definitely stay here again!

Jonathan was a great host and it was a great location. Would book again if I make it to Kauai.

We had an amazing stay here! We only wished we had more time to enjoy it as we only stayed one night. The amenities were top notch and the view was stunning! Highly recommend!

This is a great, clean 2BR condo, conveniently located in Honolulu with lots of great food and entertainment within walking distance! It is close to the airport and there is easy and flexible check in and check out! The only downside is that since it is in a busy part of Honolulu, there is a lot of noise from the streets below. I would love to stay here again!

The property lived up to the description, pics and our own expectations. The complex was well groomed and on the golf course so we had some views. We really enjoyed the gym and pool and made the best of them both. The condo is walkable to coffee, restaurants and the KTA Grocery Store. The owners struck the perfect balance of a well equipped condo with all the necessities without clutter or unnecessary items. We were able to cook, go to the beach, do laundry, make coffee (Keurig), etc. We walked daily in the neighboring areas which were safe and the people friendly. This was our first stay in Waikaloa Village and there are plenty of amenities and only a few miles to the beach. Great place!

We had a great stay here. Absolutely beautiful view from the unit over the ocean with gorgeous sunsets. Easy, short drive to Kona for restaurants and other shopping needs. Well equipped kitchen and easy parking. Only minor issue was there were no shades to block the late afternoon sun in the unit. We'd happily stay here again.

Bin’s place is the best in location and convenience. Right on the water next to Napili Bay, steps from the pool and Gazebo restaurant. The ONLY downside is the nightly crowd outside your private patio on the lawn to view the sunset and whale watching. Aside from a little invasion of privacy (which the resort does their best to prevent) the unit can’t be beat.

Jerry was a warm and welcoming host and made our stay in Honolulu seamless. He was very responsive to any questions we had. Overall had a wonderful stay at his air bnb location!
