Monthly Rentals in Jumeirah Beach

I’ve been to Dubai 5 times, and this stay was my favorite! First of all, the area. This was the most peaceful and beautiful area I’ve stayed in Dubai, and the walkable surroundings with the variety of absolutely delicious restaurants and cafes nearby stole my heart! Irina herself is a fantastic host. She was always reachable, helpful and friendly. The apartment was just like on the pictures - or even better! Overall, an amazing stay, and I am looking forward to return!

Awesome host! All amenities in the apartment as presented. Quick response to messages. Easy check-in process. Allowed for late check out. One of the best experiences in La Mer area for the past 3 years. Highly recommended

Honestly the apartment is very cute and cosy, it’s designed and well furnished, it’s not a place where you can spend the whole day there however really nice to come back to a cosy place that feels homey … security downstairs isn’t that great because they can’t necessary track who comes in and out. But overall I would still give it a 5star… if you have a lot of lagguge you will feel clustered because cupboard space is small…. The host is really on top of it in terms of communication. Just weird rules like you need to wash your own dishes and take down rubbish downstairs and that can be a little off putting considering that you would think that if check is at 15:00 what is house keeping then doing? Just the bed?? I would also suggest you be aware that neighbours are very close so if they are on the balcony you can hear they conversation But if you planning on just using it as a place to sleep yess take this place
