This is the second time we have stayed in this apartment. It’s near to walk to the each, shopping mall and places to eat. We will hopefully return next Xmas .

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly polite and always responded quickly to any questions or requests. We truly appreciated his willingness to help with anything that came up. Additionally, we are very grateful for the flexibility with a late checkout, which made our departure much more convenient. Overall, an excellent experience, and we would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

We are happy with our stay

We had a great stay at Soohia's place. It was comfortable and clean and very convenient for the addicted mall. The beach is very nice with lots of loungers to lie on. It is best to go there in the morning because it faces east, but you can still get sun in the late afternoon by walking along the shore. The pool is very nice and warm. The only downside was having to cross the road to get to the beach, but we soon got used to that and it wasn't a problem.

Very nice and peacefull appartement in nee building. Host responce very quick for any information we need. Lagoon with the pool was sooo hod and we had free acces. Parking is free but we did not need one. There was little missunderstud for baby high chair, its not free. Host also need to put more plates in the kitchen and one kettle will be good to have.

I initially rented this place for my family who was on layover in Dubai. Their stay was above their expectations. Totally recommend . Best place ever if you want to stay by the beach, plus the team is very supportive and responsive 24/24h . Thank you so very much ☺️

Great apartment, was as described on listing, in a fantastic location (in JBR, with beach views from bathroom and single bedroom). It was a really good base for our girls’ weekend. It’s not the newest of apartment blocks in the area (so a bit tired in places) but other than that it was fab. After asking Rizwan for the checking agent’s details, we found Fabio from Elan really helpful and responsive!

Very nice and clean appartment, close to beach and pool.

The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the Christmas decorations The location is convenient if you have a car or use the taxi. The subway is far and the busstop is 20 min walk away. The airbnb is located on the first floor with the balcony above the entrance. There was some maintenance going on outside, but luckily they were done quickly. Marise was friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend this place to others and would consider staying here again in the future.

Great view and service by Ina!

Great location with so many restaurants and coffee shops within a few minutes walk. The communication was prompt and the apartment was as described. There was plenty of space and fantastic views from the balcony. The pool was sunny most of the day and was very clean and looked after with a life guard and staff.

Perfect stay for the families and people, who prefer more quiet area. There are few cafes and shops nearby, but not many as it is a new area in town. The appartment has a qood quality and we were very happy with the choice. The only thing, which might have improvement is the speed and quality of customer service after check-in. We had to wait hair dryer 4 days, although it supposed to be in the appartment and vacuum cleaner we didn’t get, although it was requested 5 days before leaving. Otherwise, all the communication was smooth and features as promised. Would come back one day.

We had a wonderful stay at Ivan's place. The apartment was clean, comfortable and as displayed in the pictures. It's a peaceful apartment complex with a couple of cafes in the premise(including a starbucks). there's a pharmacy across the road as well. The apartment is decently sized with a large deck overlooking the palm. The only downside was the unclear instructions to enter the apartment from the Parking. We had to struggle with our luggage across two towers to find the right entrance. Apart from the small glitch, would definitely recommend the place.

Great place to stay and good views of beaches

The place was nice, quiet and clean. It was in a very good location to get to other locations in Dubai. The host was very helpful and professional. I would recommend putting televisions in each bedroom.

Super apartment on the Shoreline of the Palm. It’s a great location, spotlessly clean and perfect for our family of 5. The only drawback is the noise from the road which is very loud and constant in the principal bedroom, so even during the cooler months, you wouldn’t sleep with the windows open unfortunately. It’s perfectly quiet in the other two bedrooms as they are beach facing. The balcony is mainly road facing, so again is noisy. However, the apartment is fairly priced and this is a small compromise for what is otherwise great!
