Vacation rentals with beach access in Jumeirah Beach

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Sarah place in the middle of the Dubai Marina and beach area. The apartment was very stylish and had all we could wish for. The Walk with alot of shops & restaurant at our doorstep. We also made use of the nice pools available. I would highly recommend staying in Sarah's appartement.

The location is perfect! Walking distance to a ton of restaurants, shops, Marina or Jumairah Beach. And the apartment offers fantastic views of the skyline. The furniture and style is modern and clean. We had a great stay for 2 nights.

The apartment was perfect for us. The location was great, in the centre of the Marina with only short walks to JBR Beach or Marina Mall. The apartment was exactly as described and had all the amenities we required. The building itself was good with friendly Concierge staff. Dorar is a great host, very helpful and quick to respond to any queries. Thank you!

This is a top apartment, offered by a top owner. Great space inside, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathroom, kitchen, big living room and a fantastic balcony from which you have a fantastic view of Dubai. Free access to the beach and swimming, just in front of you, 4min from door to sand. Parking also available if you come by car. The all apartment was very clean, and with everything needed: water in fridge upon arrival, and also beach towels! I really recommend Amal finally, since he was very friendly and helpful to any of my questions.

Bright and clean apartment. In the evening there is a beautiful view of the city and the bay. Everything you need for the kitchen and also an additional complex of bed linen. Comfortable mattress There were not enough hooks in the bathroom and a shelf for supplies. Overall, everything was fine! I can safely recommend!

This place was wonderful. It is located in a private community on a small penninsul next to La Mer beach (you can walk there casually in about 15 minutes or so). There is a private beach about 5 minutes from the apartment which is very pretty with stronger waves. The sand has some pebbles but it is beautiful and very empty. La Mer is better for swimming. The apartment faces the walking path of the large complex. There is an infinity pool in the building that overlooks the marina amd several other pools as well. The marina is very pretty and the sun sets there. You can walk to the grocery store in 3 to 4 minutes casually. They have a pharmacy, too. The neighborhood is peaceful, beautiful and the sun rises near the road leading in. If you can wake up at sunsrise, you get the downtown sunrise view across the water. There are restaurants within a 5 minute taxi ride and the Dubai Mall is 15 to 20 minutes away in some traffic. The apartment is clean and new. It is just like the photos

Pauline was an outstanding host and her home was so beautiful! She was very understanding and helpful when our flight was canceled and we arrived later than we were suppose to. We had a wonderful stay and would love to go back someday. Everything was seriously perfect. I highly recommend her home!!

Villa Rose has been a wonderful place for my family to stay while we renovated our home. The unique French vibe has been a nice change from our usual style and we’ve enjoyed living so close to the beach. The house is quaint and the rooms are neat and tidy. The beds have been very comfortable and we have slept incredibly well here! The area is tops and close to all amenities, most importantly beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. Marie, the host, has been so kind and helpful and we have honestly really enjoyed her sweet villa. The area is quiet and a great place to work from too. I would recommend this villa to anyone who likes a little colour in their life and enjoys the spectacular Dubai beaches and restaurants! We’d definitely stay again if we ever needed to!

We have the best stay and very Family friendly guest giver.Theres a bus stop 2 min. walk from the villa that every 20 min come awesome for us. They are both friendly everytime they message me very welcoming i hope i can come again if i visit Dubai.

Best Airbnb I ever stayed, everything was just perfect

One of the best hosts I’ve had in my many airbnbs in Dubai, amazing apartment, just as you’d expect. Great views, location. 10/10 If you want a more private area that’s still very close walking distance to everything - this is it

I always like to pay attention to the review before booking so I write this review for those like me. Until check-in all the communication was easy with the host...the check in very simple with no problems. The apartment is situated in a nice residential area with included access to a grate infinity pool (amazing view at night) and greate beach (towels free like into a resort). Because is not a public pool&beach you always find place to stay at any hour. Great area with promenade, and for those interested, 3 min away inside Nakheel Mall there is a liquor store 😁. About the apartment, exactly as described, really spacious and modern (electric curtains). It has a dressing room which is very helpful, and 2 nice terraces where you can finish your day (view at the see or at the park).Because is at ground floor the access is really easy. You will find everything you need,washing machine with drying program, dishwasher, coffee machine, kitchen fully equipped. We will come back !

An incredibly comfortable stay! I recently stayed at Susanne’s place for 2 months and felt right at home. Her place is super cosy and decorated in a way that feels more like home than just an air bnb! The location is incredible, steps onto the beach which I made use of daily. Early mornings were the best as almost felt like your own private beach! One thing that stood out for me was the bed, probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve stayed in so much so, I took note of the mattress 😁 Thank you Susanne for a great stay, and will be sure to book again if I need a place in Dubai again!

We loved Brian’ place at Five it was everything that was explained in the Airbnb listing. Brian was great host answered all questions straight away even before I even had a chance he was step ahead of me. Check in was Easy to do at the front in reception.
