Vacation rentals with a patio in Jumeirah Beach

The apartment was really cozy and felt so comfortable living here. Having access to a great swimming pool and gym was also a really nice bonus on top of how nice the apartment was. We would love to visit again when we come back. 5*

Had an amazing stay at Hassan's place! The apartment felt like home and Hassan is a super host. The location is perfect too - a short walk to the beach, Marina Walk, and metro. Would definetly stay here again!

We stayed for 5 days with family and we loved this place. Host was very responsive and helpful. Location was just behind the burjkhalifa (5-6 min drive). And locations were 15 -20 mins far. This society has heated guest accessible pool. Location was very beautiful. I will fully recommend this place.

Laith is an exceptional host. He took really good care of our needs as we were travelling as a small family with two small kids. He even showed us around in the greens and springs to help us feel like a local.

Awesome place and even great host Michael. The apartment is near to most of the most and it will take max 10-15 mins to reach. The apartment is very peaceful with great neighbourhood and restaurants both vegetarian and non vegetarian. Apartment is clean and kitchen has everything you will need to make anything you like. Overall a 5/5 for me.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. I would highly recommend this place to families traveling with children or just even a group of adults – it was an ideal spot for both relaxation and fun. We’ll definitely be returning in the future. We stayed in Air BnB Villa Alma for a long-term rental whilst our own Villa renovations were being completed locally. First off - Holly is an amazing host with so much knowledge to share about the area and community. She was readily available for all our questions and requests and has such a positive attitude. Our plans changed multiple times and she was flexible and hospitable in every way. We cannot thank you enough Holly! The house offers everything you need for both short & long term stays. It is modern, clean, functional, practical and has everything you could possibly need. Beds comfy, plenty of space, green garden (with beautiful birds visiting), parking space, good AC, good hot showers, super family friendly. Location is excellent - just a few minutes walking distance to everything you need! The community pool and various sports facilities around 3mins, Golf Club and its restaurants 5mins, and less than 10 mins to the Arabian Ranches shopping complex. Thank you again ;-)

My family stayed 5 weeks in this beautiful home. The home has been recently renovated and felt very well kept and homely. Despite the summer heat we were able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and made use of the community swimming pools, playgrounds and lakeside walking paths. The house was extremely child friendly. Stefanie and her husband Mike were extremely wonderful hosts - welcoming and very responsive. We were grateful to also have the service of her housekeeper who was also great. All in all my family were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend. I would not be honest if I did not mention that there were some maintenance issues that cropped up during our stay like an AC leak and an issue with a fuse but Stefanie had these resolved very very quickly so we this not really impact our stay. Don’t walk, run! This is a wonderful base from which to explore Dubai. Thank you Stefanie!

This is our fifth bandb stay whilst waiting for our house to be ready and the only one I would ever stay again. What stood out was that the host had made an effort to make it feel like home, it wasn’t just about profit. Every touch in the house made you feel welcome and relaxed. The area is lovely - very respectful neighbours, lovely walks and the facilities are stunning. I’m actually sad to be leaving! This place is leagues ahead of others (you would be shocked about the other air bandb’s we have had to stay at, and I mean shocked). Highly recommend this place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I stayed here for a week with my family. Nalla and Sabine were great hosts. The apartment was neatly maintained and the views out the flat were stunning. Would definitely come and stay here again in the future!

Bastein and Helene are extremely good hosts. They communicated everything to us, well in time. They checked in to see if we were comfortable. They’re quite accommodating as well which is rare in bnb host community as they let us check in early and check out late. The apartment looks better in person, is well stocked and has everything you would need. The only issue is that you need a car to get to places as commute might be a problem otherwise. The location is quiet and there’s not much to do but everything is a 30-40 minute drive. We rented a car so that was not a problem. What is worth mentioning is that this place has really good energy. The sun comes in from the floor to ceiling windows which really is the best. There’s something about this apartment that makes it homely and warm. If you don’t like overly done air bnbs and are looking for a warm and cozy place, this is the perfect place! Thanks again Helene and bastein! Hope to see you again sometime :)

Huge balcony and lovely views! The place is in a 20 year's old building, compare to other new buildings in the downtown area, it shows it's age in all aspects. The host make effort to offer help.

Very great place to stay at the marina! 2 min to the tram, 10min to Dubai Marina Mall and 10-15min to JBR Beach (walking). Apartment is clean, nothing is missing. Easy and friendly communication with the hostess. We felt super comfortable.
