It is better for 2 people, we were 3 and was difficult to fit in with all our luggages. Apart from bedroom all rooms are shared. Vladimir was very talkaktive, only Spanish. Felt a bit like on couchsurfing, we recieved dinner, which was nice but felt a lack of privacy.

This experience was grand & full of spectacular service. The minute you book with Benjamín you are outstandingly well communicated with him until your final moment of the trip. I was mesmerized by the service I had all the way through. You really get all inclusive to the resort and all amenities! I would come back to this stay over & over & I highly recommend it to the world! The place is very luxurious as it shows in the pictures & even more until you get to your room! My fiancée and I were extremely pleased with our stay at Villa Icaco. The villa is a short taxi/golf cart ride from the city center but far enough out that you get to enjoy some peace and quiet as well. Our room was so clean with a gorgeous view. The villa has a rooftop pool, poolside beds, and an amazing view of the ocean. We felt like we were on top of the island with a view of the lush greens, sunset, and sunrise. We were fortunate enough to be the only guests staying at the villa so it was essentially our private pool. Nothing, however, tops the service we received from Adhara and Guadalupe. Adhara and Guadalupe's hospitality made us feel like no ask was out of question. When I mentioned that my fiancée was struggling with a stomach bug, Guadalupe stocked our room with ginger and lemon teas, and her daily morning breakfast was so yummy and fresh. Adhara was also available even after hours to answer any questions we had. Gracias por todo, Adhara y Guadalupe!!!

A lovely place to stay outside of Cancun situated in a small woodland of Alan's land. A wonderful atmosphere in the home - welcoming & relaxed - I felt quite comfortable there from the moment I arrived. The kitchen is well equipped to cook in and there is a street market in the local pueblo where you can buy fresh fruit & vegetables daily. Alan is a warm friendly person - he collected us from the Airport which made our 'landing' even more gentle. The room we had is large enough for 2 people to share (one double and one single bed) and there is a small pool outside for plunging. We had a sunrise trip to the beach with Alan - an amazing shard experience. Thank you for being our first welcome into Mexico!

My boyfriend and I stayed with Bruce and omg what an amazing decision. Bruce was so nice and gave us a long list of places we should check out. Made us some delicious breakfast and shared with us some amazing stories. The location is also so amazing. It is close to so many delicious restaurants and so close to the resorts so you can definitely party all you want. If you are coming to Cancun and need a cheap place with an amazing view stay at, I highly highly recommended staying with Bruce

Allan was a really nice host. He answered all million of my questions swiftly no matter the time of day. This resort was really beautiful. I ate great at the restaurants. The staff were so nice and sweet. The beach was so peaceful. The room/bath was clean. Only thing I’d recommend is for them to get more updated amenities. Other than that 10/10. People left the other resort to come to this one because of the food! Just make sure to book restaurant reservations ahead of time!
