Vacation rentals with beach access in Isla Mujeres

Fantastic Stay in Cancun! We had an amazing time staying in this two-bedroom, two-bath apartment! It was spotlessly clean and beautifully appointed; with everything we needed to feel right at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, and more. The highlight for us was definitely the balcony facing the ocean. The view was absolutely priceless, and we spent time just enjoying the ocean sounds. The swimming pool area and beach were fantastic for relaxing or taking a dip. We arrived earlier than expected, but our host Nancy was very thoughtful and allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment while it was being cleaned before check-in. The location couldn’t have been better! Supermarkets, stores, and restaurants were all within walking distance, making it easy to explore the area. Communication with the host was easy, she was always responsive. We highly recommend this place in Cancun! We will definitely come back.

We loved our stay! The courtyard is beautiful with a clean pool and access to the sea. We would absolutely recommend the place. The hostess was very responsive and the service was great.

Stefania's place is as seen in the pictures, and things work as expected: the AC in the bedroom works well; kitchen is fully stocked; Internet is fast; a jug of drinking water was provided. The outdoor patio is really nice, especially in the morning as the sun is coming up, and in the evening when the temperature cools off. The location is close to restaurants and the Ultramar ferry terminal for a trip to Isla Mujeres. The bedroom has air conditioning, but the main unit does not. It wasn't an issue for us, as a nice ocean breeze came in through the windows and back-door when we were there. It really helped to keep the front-door open. The room was warm but not hot. As others have noted, there can be loud noise from car speakers and loud motorcycles later in the evening.

So happy we booked this unit. Very spacious , clean and amazing view from the bedroom and living room window. We left wishing we had stayed longer. The amenities ( kitchen/ in unit washer and dryer/ safe/ tv/ full size dining table/ balcony ) made it very convenient! The gym is right below and although small we were up early and able to enjoy. The air conditioning worked extremely well and having blackout curtain made it easy to sleep at night. Overall we were extremely impressed with how clean the building/grounds and pool were. Stunning beach that was very well cared for daily and lots of huts available and fresh beach towels every day. Good security on the property . Overall we were very impressed. Great location and the unit had everything we needed for a beach stay! Augustin was very responsive and offered suggestions for restaurants and even organized our transportation to and from the airport. Would definitely stay again!

Great start to our week in Cancun. Walk to the ferry to see the Isla Mujeres…pool And neighborhood restaurant was amazing

Just a great condo option centrally located to everything. A five minute walk takes you to Playa Norte and just about any restaurant you want. Yet despite being so centrally located the place itself feels like a calm oasis where all you can hear is the ocean outside the balcony.

the place was great. the area really close to a bunch of nice restaurants and the oxxo convenient store... nice beach view, especially from the master bedroom. there was some construction taking place on the outside of the building but other than that.. great place.

This home is beautiful and in a great location! The beach and lots of restaurants and shopping are very close. We loved that we were able to park inside a gated area so our car felt safe. Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out and relax. We also loved the included filtered water. Just a note, there are lots of concrete stairs inside the unit so we had to pay close attention to our 1 year old, it may also be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. We would absolutely stay here again if we come back to this area!

My family's vacation at Cheryl's exceeded my expectations. The condo was really comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. The property manager was responsive with my family's needs, and the occupants at Estrella del Mar were friendly and helpful with suggestions for local food and fun. The beach was stunning and the island told a story Mayan history. We hope to visit again one day. Thank you!

Home was as described. Conveniently located in the hotel zone, but far away from the crowd for a peaceful night rest. Outdoor area is gorgeous and there is a bigger pool on site in addition to the private pool. The house is gated and secure, so you feel safe at all times. Bus stop is in walking distance and makes it extremely easy to get anywhere. Home is very spacious and easily accommodate large groups (it was 8 of us). I would definitely stay there again. Daniel, was very friendly and very accommodating for our early arrival. We even book airport departure and arrival transportation through him and it was great.

Gianella's home is beautiful, spacious, safe, artistic (incredible paintings), and inspiring. The beds are comfortable beyond our expectation. The waves lull you to sleep at night. All bedrooms are on the second floor, all have AC. The master oceanfront room (green bedding) has it's own walk-in bathroom and shower, and an additional sink and area for luggage and storage. The second king size oceanfront room (mosquito net and wooden bed posts) shares a bathroom with the quaint spacious library with the double and twin beds. All rooms upstairs stay cool with the AC. Downstairs gets warm, but the ocean wind helps. There were ample beach chairs and umbrella, as well as beach mats to lie on, and the private beach and gentle waves with perfect turquoise water was like a dream. Highly, highly recommend. Gianella was flexible with us as we had elderly family members, and a later departing flight, very kind, good energy. Safe, gated neighbourhood. Alarm system.

The house is a great Location on the island with beautiful sunrises over the ocean as well as the sunset from the very top. Three couples enjoyed the three separate bedrooms and three separate bathrooms. That kitchen and living space was perfect. We all had a wonderful experience on the island and this house made it all the better.!

Lovely place within a walkable distance to the ferry terminal (10 min walk), Playa Norte, restaurants and shops. The location is great. We stayed for two nights and the only time we needed a golf cart was to visit Punta Sur. Everything was clean inside. We were pleasantly surprised with the ocean view from the master bedroom. It was awesome to watch the sun rise just by walking out to the terrace from the bedroom. Easy access to the small beach as well. The pictures don't do this place justice. We'd definitely stay here again.

Juan's place was excellent! We had 6 adults in our group and we had plenty of room. All rooms had king size beds except for 1 room, and it wasn't used at all. 4 full bathrooms and 1/2 bathroom down stairs for convenience. Great location, Mall was a 5 minute walk which included several great restaurant's to choose from, a 7-Eleven 5 minute walk as well Bus stop was a 10 minute walk that took you up and dowm the Hotel Zone and into downtown Cancun! Highly recommend. Juan was always available day or night for any questions you may have. 24 hour on site Security as well

Beautiful condo in a centrally located resort right in the middle of the Hotel Zone. Large and spacious. Views of the Gulf and beach, only takes 5 minutes to get to the beach from your room. Very pleasant stay with a very gracious and helpful host. A few things to note, the Resort is All Inclusive but you cannot purchase food or drink there, however you can get day passes where you can eat from the buffets and drink at the bars all day, rates on this vary. There is a grocery store within a ten minute walk where you can get everything you need. Many restaurants within walking distance and pubic transportation very close(R1/R2 bus). The beach is beautiful and not crowded, it was a wonderful stay. We never felt unsafe walking around.

Bethany is amazing! Her place is just like the pictures, absolutely breath taking. Clean, close to everything you would ever want to do, safe location, we cannot recommend it enough. Bethany also provides suggestions of things to do, has private chefs available to cook for you, first class all the way! We will definitely be back

Our family left this vacation so relaxed! We took a red eye flight and got to Takh early in the morning. We were expecting to leave our luggage and take an Uber into the hotel zone to grab some food, but to our surprise, they accomodated an early check-in which helped us get settled quickly. The staff and security downstairs were so lovely - we felt safe the entire time. Although there was air conditioning, we loved having the balcony doors open with the ocean breeze cooling our space down instead. We ate breakfast outside daily, and the view was perfect for peacefully starting the day. The second room had two beds, so even though our sons had to share a room, they liked having their own bed. 3 full bathrooms is such a plus! The pool upstairs was easy to access and clean, however, my family and I ended up walking across the street to the beach more since it was so close. Thomas was so helpful and responsive! Thank you for such a great stay.

Excelente trato de Rosina, todo genial. La ubicación perfecta, cerca de todo y en una de las mejores playas de la Zona Hotelera, todo cerca y a pie. El condominio muy bueno y con bajada a la playa, la pasamos barbaro. Gracias!

Le logement de Marina est bien situé , à un très bonne emplacement . Une vue incroyable depuis le logement sur playa Tortugas et la piscine. Pas de restaurant proche ( à pied ) dommage . Je conseillerais d’investir dans des serrures de portes plus moderne et fenêtres. J’ai passé un excellent séjour et recommande !

Nos hospedamos con mi familia. La playa 10/10 muy cerca de todo, el apartamento tal y como aparece en las fotos sin duda alguna me volvería a hospedar en este lugar.

Great location! Home was clean and had beautiful views of the ocean. We had a great time in Cancun and this home was perfect for our family of five. Hosts were very communicative and always responded when reaching out to them. We recommend this beautiful home for families.
