This is a pretty & cozy apartment with 2 rooms with double bed, bathroom full kitchen and living room. Outside you will find a comfy space with 2 swings to read, relax and enjoy the blue sky. Bethany is the most responsive host we’ve ever had. When power went out in the entire peninsula, she kept us updated on what she knew. My son got mosquito bites (we forgot to think about them!) and she brought to us sprays and repellents. She was really helpful and easy to let know anything was amiss. The area was great. Downstairs, there’s a great taco shop (Pepito is a great guy! Definitely find him and have a margarita and some food!) and there’s a laundry shop that was super nice called the laundry lagoon. We dropped off two large bags of laundry and for 450 pesos (less than $25 USD) she washed our clothes and returned them neatly folded. It made packing up the last day wonderful. The spot is about a 10 minute or so walk to the bus stop. It’s 12 pesos a person (60 cents USD ish) and you can go anywhere in the hotel zone. Ubers in the area around an average of 5 dollars, so I recommend that. The furniture was old in the apartment, but I can’t not recommend this place!

El departamento está en buenas condiciones, tiene dos aires acondicionados que funcionan muy bien, tiene una buena vista, el roof es hermoso una pileta muy bonita (que no usamos) pero se la veía bastante limpia. El anfitrión fue muy amable y respondió a las dudas que tuvimos. La ubicación es lo que buscamos frente al ferry que sale a Islas Mujeres. La presión del agua no es muy buena en la ducha, podría mejorar. Algo bueno es que tiene dos baños. El colchón está muy bien. Las toallas son nuevas. El internet es bueno. El señor de la noche de la recepción es muy amable. Recomiendo este lugar si estás pensando en visitar Islas Mujeres. A 1 cuadra pasa el autobús que te deje cerca de COCO BONGO. Y lugares para comer. Volvería sin dudas .

The condo was gorgeous. We had some difficultly getting in at first. We had to circle back and go back to the front desk to help us navigate the entry requirements but the concierges were very helpful and kind. If you are parking you need $50 USD to get a parking pass, which is returned to you when you return the pass. There is an ATM at the gas station down the road, just fyi. The grounds are gorgeous. The pools were clean and varied in temperatures, something for everyone. The beach was amazing. Sunrises were gorgeous! The little market and Starbucks was a nice treat right on site. The restaurant is only open until 5pm so plan accordingly. They were also closed one day. Not a problem for us but something to plan for. We rented a car which we would 100% do again. Was nice to hit different restaurants and see some of the surrounding areas but certainly NOT a “must have”. We loved our stay and will be back!

Juan is the best. Great communication and quick to respond. Unit has everything you need (no laundry) including beach towels and is ideally located. You can walk to everything. King size beds in both rooms!!!! Kukulcan plaza right behind the unit has a Soriana grocery store that sells all normal grocery items + wine + beer + alcohol and has a great bakery. There is an OXXO (convenient store) even closer. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Two taxi stations and two bust stops right next to Kukulcan plaza behind the unit. I recommend the bus. 13 pesos per rider. Walking distance to La Isla mall with numerous stores and restaurants. Building the the unit is in has 24-7 security and there is only one way in to the building. Beach side has security and only one way onto/off of the beach. Felt 100% safe for the week in Cancun. Would 100% stay here again!

Andrea was an amazing host and her place had everthing i needed. The apartment is walkIng distance to a supermarket and a mall. Transportation in Cancun is inexpendive: in drive ride share app, collectivos, and city buses. Everything is easy to get to. Andrea checked in on me multiple times via the app just to make sure i was doing ok, and even let me store my luggage after check out on my last day. You could not ask for more!

Great stay at dreams lagoon. This condo is in a quiet area with everything you need close by (shopping, restaurants etc) the R26 bus can take you downtown for only 10pesos if you want to see the city. Some of the best tacos are on the corner by Chedraui “tacos arrieros” we ate there 4 nights in a row. The pool security is a little odd and it can be quite a walk in and out because of the pool setup but the pool is great, don’t forget the white card though. Would return to this condo again had a great time!
