Loved our stay, really enjoyed walking for a swim at the local pool. Great location, hotel has lots of food options as well!

The place is just like the pictures. One bedroom with double beds and three other beds in the living room/kitchen. It's equipped to cook. Check-in was good and directions too. Recommended for 2-5 people

Very impressive location in a quiet little town next to the water. It was very nice and relaxing to have access to the public swimming pool.

It was a really nice apartment, with an amazing view.

The apartment was very spacious and comfortable with lots of seating to relax. Everything was a bit dated and well used but still good enough. Lots of apartments with an ice machine in the basement and one washing machine - which we did not need to use. Bedrooms were large with lots of storage but one of them had a double bed base with a king mattress overhanging the base making it feel like you were going to fall out of bed if too close to the edge. Free parking and a 10 minute walk to downtown Reykjavik. Front room and one bedroom (with a balcony) was on the main road but it was not at all noisy, and could see northern lights from the balcony. Two bathrooms, one with a huge bath with a sloping backrest was perfect for a nice soak after a long day of travelling. We stayed here twice on our trip and both times had to contact them to get the code to get in the door, they key box and code.

We were greeted warmly. We were really impressed with all the small details that made our stay extra special. Everything was done with great care and thoughtfulness. The food was incredible and from scratch. The hand-crafted beer was excellent! They even made offered to pack lunch for our hike since the grocery store was closed. It was a wonderful experience!

Overall, it's clean and the location of the place is good. The surroundings are quiet and bright, so it's good to take a walk.

This was our second time staying with Disa and Gunnar. They are amazing hosts and, once again, made us feel very welcome in their home. Their home is beautiful and the location is perfect for touring. We will always stay with them when we visit Iceland.

This was a very nice studio apartment, perfect for 1 person or a couple. Great amenities, very stylish. It was nice that it had a washer and dryer in the apartment that we used, as we were traveling the ring road. Very comfortable stay!
