Monthly Rentals in Historic District, St. Augustine

We really enjoyed our stay. We were there 5 nights. We walked everywhere. This place has the perfect location, location, location!!! Everything was as advertised and then some. The kitchen is small but has everything you need to make simple meals. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean! The little balcony was so nice to sit outside in the morning before heading out to explore and also in the evening to relax. It adds extra living space. Doreen was super fast at replying to questions. We did not have any issues at all. The check in and check out process was simple. We give this place 5 stars!

The Oasis was wonderful and the perfect place for our group! Danny and Andrea were amazing to work with, very kind and responsive. The place was walking distance to all the things we wanted to do in the downtown area with great shops and things to check out along the way. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone going to St. Augustine! The house had the perfect historic feel with upgrades and with everything we needed!

Location was absolutely perfect. Super walkable to all the sights of the city and didn’t have to worry about parking. Very cozy place and very comfortable. Definitely recommend

Our first Airbnb experience was incredible! Lori was an amazing host who made everything so easy. She gave us clear instructions about the house and its amenities, and she even made a list of recommended places to visit nearby. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and it was easy to get to all the nearby activities and places of interest. We highly recommend this location and will definitely be back!
