Monthly Rentals in Hills

My husband was a patient at the U of Iowa hospital. This place was like a 5 minute drive or less to the hospital. I felt safe and was glad to have full sized kitchen appliances to cook evening meals. Staci was very quick to answer my questions.

Jose’s place was great, with lots of room and lots and lots of supplies that you may need. I would certainly stay there again!

Second time staying here and will always look to stay again. We love the location, the safety, and comfort of Mark’s place. I highly recommend his place. It’s quiet, private, comfortable! Thank you so much!! Cant wait to stay again!!!!

This historic home is lovingly restored, spacious, and quiet, and Julie is thoughtful, friendly, flexible, and responsive. The unit is even better than pictured — the furniture has been updated, and it's much brighter and more homey than the images reflect. There were no onerous check-out procedures either (such a time saver, and a nice customer-service touch to boot) and I would absolutely stay again.
