Escape to The Stables at Peckhams, a beautifully converted former stable tucked away in the peaceful West Sussex countryside near historic Arundel.

Set within the grounds of historic Peckhams, The Stables combines character and countryside charm with the comforts of a luxurious modern stay. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private one-acre fenced paddock and secure parking, it's a wonderfully peaceful retreat for couples, friends and families exploring Arundel, the South Downs and the coast.

The space
Situated within the grounds of Peckhams, a grade two listed property constructed circa 1405, and was originally the stables for the Knights of the order of St John at the Priory.

Recently renovated and furnished to a very high standard the accommodation offers two luxury bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with beautiful views across farm land and within a large private contained one acre paddock. Second bedroom can be either a twin or king bed, please request upon booking. Secure parking for 2-3 cars. Covered parking available upon request.

Whilst retaining a traditional look and feel by retaining many of the original features The Stables has many modern comforts including underfloor heating, remote Lutron Lighting, anti-fog mirrors, blackout curtains & blinds, hand built shaker style kitchen with fridge with freezer compartment, a dishwasher. As well as, Smart television with Netflix, WIFI, Sonos and Tassimo coffee machine.

Guest access
You'll have access to the entire property including 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, you can choose wether you would prefer a king or twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. It has a large open plan kitchen, dining, sitting room and outside you have your own private one acre fenced paddock. It also has a large decking area, lots of seating, alfresco dining, sun loungers, BBQ and free secure parking for 2-3 cars. Covered parking available upon request.

Ideal for visiting the local towns of Arundel, Goodwood, Chichester, Worthing and Brighton.

We have the luxury of plenty of space so should you require a helicopter or hot air balloon to enhance your stay, this can be arranged in advance for an additional fee.

The Stables is a great space for little ones as its all on one floor with plenty of space outside to explore.
