Truly a home away from home. Our third stay at the barn and each visit is better than the last.

kerries property is a little gem, cant rate it high enough. Location and surrounds are so peacful, even though Chichester is on your doorstep. And there are also good pubs near by. its a great place torelax and unwind. Animals were an added bonus for my grandaughter fingers crosseded we are hoping to come back in the summer.

24th-27th Dec 24!!! We had a wonderful stay at The Barn, for our family Christmas get together, there was plenty of open space with plenty of room for us all! Our two dogs enjoyed themselves very much! The property was well equipped with everything we needed! Gorgeous fireplace viewed from both sides of the chimney breast! Lots of books and games to enjoy! I cooked a Christmas dinner on the double oven! Always a worry when cooking for a large number on an oven you never used before! But all turned out very well! Overall, lovely character and a homely feel to this property, Jo the Host has been very informative and answered any questions without delay! We would defo like to go back at some point as we all had so much fun! Bedrooms all very clean and towels provided! There was an also a welcome pack on the table if snacks, mince pies and biscuits! All very much enjoyed-thank you! X x

What an absolutely amazing place! We’ve had the best weekend. We were met By Monty who gave us a quick tour but the instructions were very clear. The photos on the site don’t do the place justice! It’s truly amazing. Great walks nearby and lovely pubs. Home cinema went down well with the kids and the large fire was fabulous to come home to after our walks. Can’t recommend this place enough. It’s not a party house as it’s full of quirky antiques and heirlooms but it feels just like home.

Wonderfully large and well stocked kitchen ( great omelette pan!) , with a beautiful living room with 3 large sofas , perfect for vegging and also playing board games. Great showers too . We went to the local pub a short stagger away for dinner one evening which was friendly and good quality. Easy to get to everywhere- short drive to devils dyke and Shoreham; we also did an afternoon jaunt to Brighton when the weather was iffy. Jo was incredibly responsive and helpful.

This was our third time staying at The Barn and we will certainly be back again! We instantly feel settled and comfortable in this perfect set-up. It’s located in the most amazing spot with cute shops and restaurants at your doorstep. Our dog feels super comfortable being there and having the small garden is ideal. Cath is delightful and responsive with her messages. We felt very welcomed and were grateful for the thoughtful touches on arrival. Can’t wait for visit number four!

Beautiful stay at Cathy’s place. The location and Bothy were both great with nice walks provided by Cathy in the booklet. We had a great time playing board games and watching the big screen. Layout was great and the bed/linen was very comfortable. Everything had been thought about with great detail, would absolutely recommend

We had a fantastic few days at Lottie’s place when visiting nearby family. The accommodation was lovely with everything we needed, beautiful views and a friendly dog to accompany our morning coffee! We will definitely stay here again.

Wow, wow, wow. Thank you Holly & Charles for a wonderful stay in your absolutely stunning barn conversion. The location, barn, decor, pre-check in instructions, and our welcome was spot on. We loved the personal touches that welcomed us from scented aromatherapy oil burner, fresh bread & home made jam, topped off with a bottle of birthday bubbles in the fridge. We also made use of the local recommendations. A fab weekend away and I cannot recommend the barn & it’s fabulous hosts enough.

We stayed at Truffles Barn for a family get together to celebrate a 40th birthday and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. It is so spacious and well presented, and was just perfect for our needs. Tilly and Tim were friendly and accommodating, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely recommend the barn and are hoping to return in the summer.

This is the PERFECT getaway in stunning soundings!!! The pad is set up with EVERYTHING you need and more - Joanna even had breaky goodies for us on arrival. The Fox (local pub) is a must - great food, open fire place and great 🍻 Thank you Joanna and Guy - we LOVED our stay and really appreciate your hospitality.

Thank you for a really fantastic stay! Guy’s Airbnb is truly exceptional - wonderful garden, beautifully furnished and fully equipped space, set right next to the magnificent Black Down. A great base for walks and enjoying a break from the city. Communication was straightforward and some essentials in the fridge and cake left for guests on arrival were a very thoughtful touch. We are already looking forward to coming back!

The Hayloft was spotlessly clean, very well appointed, warm and comfortable, which was perfect for a very grey November weekend. The welcome pack was great and there were lots of helpful notices around the accommodation to let us know where everything was located. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic place! My partner and I enjoyed our stay and even though the weather wasn’t great the fire place inside the barn was amazing to keeping us warm. Mark was very hospitable and accommodating. The location is great for some casual walks with the dog and pubs aren’t too far either with a nature reserve close by. All in all I loved my stay and wouldn’t mind staying again in the future.

A lovely little private space, well maintained and lots of thoughtful details. it is tucked away but we were given really clear instructions and found it without any issues. we arrived late so Janet even left lights on yo guide our way. A perfect little spot, just what we needed!

The coach house is very comfortable and well appointed. The kitchen has everything you need, and a few more things too! Very clean, but if you are tall, watch your head in the bathroom and bedrooms. Good communication from your host, easy to find and delicious welcome gifts. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Beautiful stay at Danielle’s .It was exactly as described.Very clean, warm, comfortable and a gorgeous location.Also very handy to be able to charge my car.I would definitely recommend.

My wife and I stayed in this cosy cottage for 5 days. Sally informed us of walks on local farmland, which was really useful as we have a high energy cocker spaniel. The cottage was exactly as described. It was comfortable and clean. Sally has put together a helpful book with instructions for appliances etc and suggestions of local walks and local pubs and restaurants. We had lunch at The Spotted Cow and The Walnut Tree both of which were really good. The cottage is in easy reach of other lovely areas, we spent a day at Arundel, and on another day went to East Wittering and walked along the beach to Bracklesham. We had a lovely stay at Fisher Dairy Cottage.

Great place to stay we were flying out of LGW next mo. Prefer the comfort and personal touch rather than one of the hotels surrounding the airport . Would definitely stay again. Lovely comfortable bed as mentioned in previous reviews.

We have stayed several times and will continue to stay here when we visit Grayswood/Haslemere. The accommodation and location is just beautiful. A bus stop just across the cricket pitch makes it so easy to reach Guilford, train to London and other surrounding towns/villages. We love it here.
