The condominium will ask for your ID to access.

You must share your official ID and that of the registered guests with us 72 hours before your check-in to inform the condominium administration of your stay.

The apartment is on the ninth floor (9th), and although there is an elevator, you should consider it.

The condominium does not provide lifeguard service, so you must take all precautionary and careful measures, as well as respect the rules of the common areas.

The water in Mexico is not drinkable, so we recommend our guests not to cook or drink tap water.

During your stay remember to be clean, throw the trash in the indicated containers, take it out and do not leave food that may attract animals.

Remember that you are renting an Airbnb and our rates do not include daily cleaning service or towel change, (basic amenities are offered for your first night) if you have special requests do not hesitate to ask, we will always be willing to make your stay more pleasant.

Air conditioning is included but we try to be eco-friendly. Please turn it off when you are not in the apartment and do not use it with the doors and windows open as it can break down.
