Monthly Rentals in Gulf Resort Beach

This is a beautiful condo on a private section of the beach, cleaner and more calm than further down the beach. Easily can walk to the pier or across the street for some ice cream at Jeremiah’s. Winn Dixie is right across the street. The condo had so many things we brought from home that we didn’t need to.. beach chairs, umbrella, toys, boogie and skim boards… beach towels.. plenty of towels for showering etc. The kitchen has all the essentials and the host stocks the fridge with drinks milk eggs bagels to start you off (so nice!). The view from the balcony of the gulf is incredible. Beautiful condo and very responsive and helpful host. We rented a pontoon from Adventures at Sea and they were great! Can’t wait to come back!

As advertised, condo was clean, tidy and well stocked. All furniture and beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom shower and tub had great pressure stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash as well as cotton swabs and hand wash. Of course, we were at the beach 90% of our stay which the chairs were backpack style for our short steps to some of the nicest beaches and clear blue water. Convenient grocery stores and wonderful restaurants also augmented our stay. we loved it here.

Chanda was an AMAZING Host! She went above and beyond the call of duty helping and assisting our group. We felt at peace, safe and relaxed during our stay! 10 out 10 highly recommend and will return❤️

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Kat’s place. We drove down for a quick trip for my son to propose to his girlfriend. The place was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, easy to find, and peaceful.
