Super house with great facilities and ideally located for local shopping in holt. Loved the decor of the house and the eclectic mix of old and new…If I had of had space in the car and the hosts would not have noticed there were lots of pieces I could easily have taken home. Highly recommended and worth the extra money.

Julia's place is lovely and peaceful. It was perfect for us, spacious, clean and beautifully decorated for Christmas. There was plenty to do in the area and we were sorry not to be staying longer.

It was a lovely cottage convenient for me as I needed to be within easy reach of the train station. Wanda was quickly responsive to my queries, and it was very nice to have some fresh milk in the fridge.

Lovely house in a nice location. Key collection and drop off was easy and flexible. Host was clear with instructions of how to access the house. Very spacious home.

We had a fantastic stay as 2 families of 4 visiting nearby family. Kathy’s house was perfect, ideally situated a short 2 mins walk from the centre of Cromer and 5 mins from the pier and beach. Kathy was the perfect host proactive and very quick to respond if we had any questions. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in North Norfolk.

I have stayed at Ben's B&B in the village of North Elmham before. I keep returning for more. The accommodation is beautifully styled and much thought goes into the details to make the stay of guests more enjoyable. One of many highlights for me is the wonderful breakfasts prepared by Heather, Helen and Ben. I highly recommend this Norfolk gem.

What a fantastic location. We hope to return. And we loved the place, the kitchen is really nice (bigger than it looks on the photos) and everything about the flat was lovely. You won't find a better located place to stay in Cromer if you want a one bedroomed flat. I can't wait until we return (as we surely will). A lovely October weekend.

we had the most fantastic stay and will definitely be back. we've been to lowestoft before but the location here made it even better. sea views from the apartment. the place is immaculate. I was worried about noise from neighbours as we usually stay in houses, but it's over 2 floors with the bedrooms being on the top floor - perfect. the kitchen is brand new as are the bathrooms, no expense has been spared. the beds are very comfy and the linen was amazing. even a bottle of bubbly waiting for us - thank you! our only very minor quibble was the blinds in the bedrooms don't fully cover the windows, we wore eye Masks which was no drama but our 6 year old was up very early every morning. next time we will pack a travel black out blind. that's our only very minor issue in a perfect and stunning apartment. thank you 😊

Lime Tree Lodge was stunning and in a safe and secure location that is still tucked away enough to feel as if you are somewhere secluded. Very spacious lodge and the hot tub was a brilliant addition. Suzanne was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us how to use the hot tub. Very friendly.

Lovely place. Bang in the middle of town and walking distance to the coast/beach. Host left us fresh milk in the fridge and example of the little gestures that make the stay great. Would recommend.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. One of the best AirBnBs I’ve stayed in! Extremely responsive host, who replied immediately with local recommendations as well as everything we needed to know about the property. The property was spacious and homely, in a perfect location right by the sea front. There were even helpful things for the beach provided, and tea, coffee and even porridge oats to help ourselves to! Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing time celebrating my mums 60th. It was extra special with all the Christmas decorations. Honestly such a beautiful home and would recommend 100%! The slight criticism is the hot tub could do with an upgrade, as half the jets didn’t work and is a bit run down. But the indoor heated pool certainly made up for it. The place felt like a home from home, we all wanted to move in permanently! We will look to return in the future x

Beautiful villa in a beautiful area, 10 steps away from a field with a play area which kept my daughter and cockapoo very entertained. 5 Minute walk to the Norfolk Broads and a beautiful pub. The home itself was very tech savy which made the whole experience more luxurious, from underfloor heating to electric shower temperature dials, top of the range kitchen brands, smart TVs in every room, Electric blinds and a lovely hot tub. The indoor fire was one of my highlights, nothing beats a real fire in the winter months. Despite having such open and large spaced areas the house was always warm and still felt cosy. The hosts have quiz games available, welcome drinks/snacks and are clearly used to providing a good service ensuring their guests are entertained. The Pool Table & Table Football were nice touches too, especially for some adult evening entertainment. Hosts were very responsive, friendly and informative. Would highly recommend.

A lovely stay, in a lovely house. Perfectly situated for being right in the middle of town, which our boys loved as the weather wasn’t great this time.. so the amusements got a fair few visits. Lovely kitchen and great for the extended family we had come with us. Christian was so accommodating with us having a young son with diabetes and travelling with insulin. Lovely welcome pack too, which was much appreciated. Thank you !

Beautiful, spacious and clean property .Very well equipped. Sue delivered our special instruction . To ensure our stay was comfortable We were three generations under one roof and found it adequate for our needs. I have already recommended it to a friend.
