Yara and her brother have been very helpful and friendly. It was a great place to stay and enjoy our vacation. They both were very responsive to our questions and gave us a lot of suggestions. Yara was very helpful and supportive with additional requests. Great place and we will recommend them to anybody.

Staying on a boat was a new experience and we found it to be very easy as an introduction. I am 2m tall and headroom was not a problem. Sleep was quite comfortable as was the shower. We enjoyed sitting on the deck admiring beautiful Amsterdam.

Frans was a very nice host and his atypical accommodation is well worth a visit if you want a pied-à-terre on the outskirts of Amsterdam! We look forward to welcoming you!

I really think it's a lovely place and just the fact that you live on the water is really calming and at the same time a pretty fun experience. The home is perfectly located for peace and quiet, but you are only a short 5-minute ferry ride (free) from the vibrant center, where there is always something to do. So all in all, it has been a really good experience to visit Amsterdam and stay with Reinhart, who is very welcoming and talkative, so you feel really welcome in his home.

We stayed at Laura and Rene’s place for 4 nights and it was a delightful experience. Hosts are very responsive and welcoming, the place is exactly as described. It provides you with the full « péniche » experience for a great stay in Amsterdam. We highly recommend.

I’d give more than 5 stars if I could. We knew we had booked a houseboat to stay on, practically in the middle of Amsterdam, however, on arrival, it was so much better. Very quiet yet only 7-8 minute walk to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Sitting on top of the boat at night with a glass of wine was bliss. Compact yet extremely comfortable, this is the perfect place from which to explore the great city. Peter left some nice little touches for us on arrival and with two supermarkets, both around 5/6 minutes walk, you can quickly grab supplies and keep in the well sized fridge. We’ve had an amazing break and Peters accommodation helped that significantly. I’ll definitely be enquiring with Peter the next time I’m visiting Amsterdam

Perfect place to relax. Close to Amsterdam and easy to travel to and from.

Very good stay, the room is comfortable and the environment very peaceful and quiet. What a pleasure to hear only the birds, while we are in the city! Amsterdam city center is within walking distance and there are several restaurants and shops near the property. Thanks for your hospitality!

Els was very flexible with the arrival. She was extremely accommodating and very attentive in the form of small amenities such as drinks and snacks. Even bicycles were provided to us. We were positively surprised.

A lovely couple who were very friendly and helpful. We look forward to staying again when we're next in the area. A peaceful and relaxing place.

It was in a quiet residential neighborhood, and it was very refreshing to see a glimpse of the local people's lives.Walking and cycling around was also fun.The room was very clean and tidy, and at night you could see the stars from the ceiling windows, and in the morning you could hear the birds chirping, and it was a very relaxing space.I wanted to do yoga in a very beautiful garden, and when I consulted, they kindly lent me a yoga mat.That experience was the highlight of our trip.Dax and Willemijn were friendly and quick to respond, which was helpful.Thank you very much:)

I had an amazing time at the cabin. I am a florist and I came from the USA for the flowers and to learn as much as I could about them, the farming, the flower auctions & the marketing and advertising while I was here. I was traveling solo and her cabin is a perfect location for it all and I felt safe there through out my stay. I also loved the fact that I had the quiet woods and farmland surrounding me but could also be at the beach in a blink of an eye! She was an amazing host with the biggest heart and wonderful recommendations. I so wish to come back one day with my daughter. The cabin and The Netherlands have my heart now! :) Thank you for an amazing trip. P.s.- If you plan to stay here, maybe bring a flashlight because the trail in the woods to the cabin can get a little dark at night! ;)

We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny house in Bussum. We stayed for nearly a month while doing a renovation on our place in Amsterdam. This house was perfect for our needs. It has all the amenities you need for a longer stay, it's an easy commute to Amsterdam (which my wife did almost daily), and there are lots of surrounding parks and forests for the dog to go off leash. In fact, our dog loved it more than our home in Amsterdam. Communication and check-in were prompt and smooth. The house is close to restaurants, stores, and cafes and lots of charming towns are only a short train ride away. We would recommend this house to anyone who wants a quiet, comfortable, dog-friendly place to stay, close to nature but with an easy commute to major cities.

We stayed there for three nights. It was a very appealing place to stay. Bus and train connection were very good. The owners were super friendly and very helpful at any time of day. We would love to recommend the place.

Cozy lodge, with coffee and tea and some treats. A warm welcome. Bikes were ready for us to cycle to Haarlem, but we decided to take the train. We got this tip from Rutger and liked it.

Lovely place, nice and quiet and in the middle of the countryside. Cottage is small but very smartly decorated. Great beds. Felt completely at home. Communication with jasmine was great. Recommended!

We’ve enjoyed staying at Gerrit’s place. Host was friendly and communicated well. House has a lovely little garden 🏡, and beautiful surroundings 🌳🏡. It’s a peaceful neighborhood! highly recommended :)

What a great place! It is such an honor to be able to stay in a classical Amsterdam canal boat. You become part of the scene while you are enjoying the scene. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance of everything. There are great restaurants nearby and not far to the main museums. Patricia is a great host, and this place is a ‘traditional’ AirBnB in that this is her home that she moves out of to allow others to enjoy. In the heat we had during our stay she came and watered her outdoor plants, which we loved but did not pamper. She also shared some hidden gems of museums and restaurants that we would have missed. We would definitely stay here again.

We’ve never stayed anywhere like this before and we would again. Great service and beautiful surroundings / with a very chill vibe. Gorgeous cabins. Recommend to others!

Beppie and Henk are extremely accommodating and responsive. Place was exactly as described and Immaculate. House is a little way out of town but it’s quiet and not far from the free ferry which takes you to central station. We paid Beppie €10 to drive us to the ferry for ease with two kids but you could take a bus or cycle.

The Tiny House is a very good place to discover Amsterdam. The house is well organised and optimized, perfect for a couple. A little river is passing just next to the house and you can enjoy the terrasse, it is very charming and unique location. It is amazingly relaxing because outside of the agitated city center in a very quiet suburb. You are 30/40 min from city center in public transport. Netteke leaves just next to the rental so she or her family will help you anycase you need.
