We had a wonderful holiday at Willems' place, I did not expect to be in his house but everything is done to be comfortable. A small booklet is put down so we know what to do in the area. It helps a lot and is super responsive when asked how to access a place. Thanks again

Loved staying here! Loved the surrounding neighborhood and it was easily accessible to Amsterdam Central. Just a bus ride away about 30 minutes. Loved it and would recommend.

The house was well designed with lots of neat details. Michiel was a nice and responsive host who always answered our questions. The house is very well located only a bikeride from the beach, and Shops and train station are within walking distance. Cleanliness of the kitchen could have been better (we rewashed everything because apparently the filter in the dishwasher was full so the dishes weren't clean upon arrival).

Jacobine's place is well worth it, it's a great option to visit Amsterdam and the surrounding area in terms of price. It's a very large, old and stylishly renovated house, it has a careful design and everything you need, in a very nice and quiet neighborhood about 30 minutes by train to the center of citizenship. We were able to use three of the five bedrooms. There are nearby amenities like supermarkets and shops - very close. The contact with Jacobine was friendly, easy and with clear and concrete instructions, always through the app. He left us welcome details and reasonable and generous rules. Would come back! Staying in Rosa's house you will discover part of the history of the Netherlands. The house is a very pleasant historic building and its garden is a very pleasant place too. The house is well located in a nice environment with many shops within walking distance. It is a great place to discover Amsterdam ( 20 minutes by train), the beaches (same), or the countryside. Rosa is very responsive in communication and attentive to the comfort of her guests.

Daniel was extremely responsive on chat from the get go. He adjusted our checkin times a couple of times because we changed the train that we traveled by from Brussels to Amsterdam. He met us right on time when we arrived, acquainted us with the place, told us about nearby cafes (not coffee shops!) and restaurants. The place is very well located for public transport, with tram 14 and bus 22 literally around the corner, and with direct connection to the central areas like the palace, Rijkmuseum, and the central station. There are really nice brunch and dinner places within a 10 minute walk too. The apartment has a unique and eclectic touch, from art/photography books to the selection of furniture. I would highly recommend this place for your travels. Only thing to note is that the place is about 20-25 min by public transport to the central areas. So, if you plan to go out once in the day, tour around, and come back in the evening, this is perfect.

We really loved this place! It was a perfect balance to be in a quieter part of Amsterdam within such easy access of outdoor activities to balance with the city tourism. It was so simple and fast to get to city center. It was also extremely helpful to have the bikes and kayaks, we really made use of them. Fred gave the clearest instructions for finding the place and navigating the city that I've ever had and made our stay seamless! He was a great host!

We had a wonderful time staying at Maja’s place! The home was beautiful, very well located and thoughtfully set up for our family with a little one! Maja was also very responsive and an incredible host. Highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again!

Doortje’s home was just wonderful for our family of three (mom, dad, 6-year-old). Very cozy (and quirky!) but also quite spacious. Excellent location, lots of natural light, and clean. You’re definitely staying in someone’s home (which we liked) so if you’re looking for a sterile, hotel-like apartment this isn’t the place for you. We would stay here again.

Dids place was exceptional! Don’t hesitate to book. Apartment is adorable with very comfortable bed. Close to everything. Make sure you have brunch at Un.Commin directly across the street. Dids was so friendly and helpful. A lovely woman. Felt very welcome in her well stocked home. Would definitely stay here again!

Suzanne has been a great host. Her house is in a nice neighborhood, close to the center. Access to the flat is very easy from the airport. You can walk to the center or easily take a tram from the nearby station. All the details about the flat, its rooms, two floors, etc that were given on the Airbnb website were fully in place. It is a very nicely decorated, comfortable and tidy flat. Obviously, Suzanne and her husband have intricately decorated the house to their taste. We especially loved the patio! The bedrooms were tidy and the beds were quite comfortable. We especially care for clean bathrooms as a family, and both bathrooms and the shower were in good shape. The kitchen was very convenient as well, with food in the fridge and a bottle of red wine left for us. We really liked the artwork placed on the walls. One suggestion is that the check-in and check-out times can be a bit more flexible. Overall, I would recommend Suzanne's place to all.

The apartment is as described. The location is calm, but not too far away from the city. Its nice to chill there after a long day of sightseeing or whatever. Sophia was a great host, the communication went well! We can definetly recommend it!

Marije met us at the apartment.The apartment was pretty, bright and spacious. She had some cold beers waiting for us which were very welcome. Marije was very friendly and showed us everything in the apartment and gave some suggestions about neighborhood restaurants and stores. She was a lovely lady and gracious host. Bed was comfortable, good shower.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rob’s home! Not only is he a lovely and kind person, he also is an exceptional host! He prepared us a delicious breakfast everyday, with great conversation on the side. His home is very close to Amsterdam central via metro or train. The home was very clean, with a very big bathroom. He does rent the other room to other Airbnb guests but this was never an issue during our stay. His art in the room is really nice and the room is cosy. We highly recommend Rob’s place! One of the best experiences we have had on airbnb.

The apartment is located in a calm surrounding and about 25 min from the city centers by several bus and tram connections. Bathrooms, living room and kitchen are shared with the host, Riza. There was breakfast each morning and Riza was always reachable to take questions on the flat and on what to do in Amsterdam. Of note, the sleeping situation was as described (double bed+ mattress for three guests) - personally, I would not recommend to book with a bigger group.

The place was spotless, clean, and tidy. In addition to being very well located and easily accessible by transport and bike, everything matched the description perfectly. Ruby and Tibor are very welcoming and accommodating. We had a great time at this place and would definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at their lovely accommodation, Patrick was very welcoming and always available via messages if i had any questions. The breakfast was a nice touch. Place was tidy. Location was great. Very close to albert heijn and jumbo (3 mins walking distance) close to centraal station but still a quiet area. There are tram tracks right outside the window but you could barely hear it with the window closed. Would definitely be staying with them again given the chance.

Our host was incredibly kind and welcoming. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We had some great conversations, and he made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He also gave us helpful tips and recommendations for what to see and do in Amsterdam, which we truly appreciated. One of the highlights was the surprise welcome – he had prepared burek for us upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture. We couldn’t have asked for a better host – thank you again for everything!

We had a wonderful stay! The room was clean, the location was perfect, and the host was incredibly helpful—he even did our laundry for us. He provided excellent local recommendations and had guidebooks with spots offering discounts, which was a great touch. While the listing mentioned breakfast, the host let us know it was discontinued, but he more than made up for it with plenty of snacks and juices. Highly recommend staying here!
