Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Government of Amsterdam

Great location; great host. Being in Noord Amsterdam worked really well for us because central Amsterdam is super busy! An enjoyable walk west takes you to Noord Metro which is a mere 1 stop to Centraal Station and 2 stops from easier to get around Rokin. And going East you have the wonderful Landmarkt supermarket and brilliant cycle routes into the countryside. Duco was attentive and super helpful and he and his family have a wonderful home. Couldn’t fault it - 5 stars!!!!!

Very welcoming hosts made our late arrival easy. Very good recommendation of surrounding activities ! The apartment was very clean and spacious and the setting is pleasant.

Very nice apartment with everything you need. Also blissful balcony where you can enjoy the sunshine. Within walking distance of metro and shop so Amsterdam is within easy reach but with the tranquility from outside of the city center. Wonderful. Also the reception and communication was very warm.

I had a great time, the apartment was tastefully decorated and smelled good. Next to the museums, the host is very friendly. I recommend it and think about coming back.

Martine provided a warm welcome and a very comfortable home. The area is absolutely fabulous. It is close to everything and has great cafes and restaurants. The nearby shops at Concertebeuw included great bakeries and a supermarket. Can also recommend the Saturday food market which provided fresh food and wonderful cheeses and baked goods. Our bedroom was very comfortable and warm. We enjoyed our stay very much. The internal stairs initially took us by surprise, we got used to them pretty fast and they are most likely standard for the area and age of the house. Very pleased to have booked here.

Very pleasant and well thought-out studio, with quality decoration that is both design and warm, and attentions from our host. The environment is perfect, quiet and green, you have to walk a few minutes in a nice wood to access public transportation that allows you to reach the center of Amsterdam quickly. Free parking, which is nice given the parking rates in the center. Bartosz gave us all the access instructions in good time. I would recommend it 100%

Nice flat, we had a very good time!

We loved sitting on the patio people watching with a view of a canal. Very roomy corner building apartment. Everything exceeded the pictures and description. We rented a bike and could easily bike to city center in 10-15 min.

Cleo and her Co-host Marleen were very welcoming and responsive. We felt at home. Lots of toys and games for younger children. Very cozy house. Naturally beautiful area good for hiking and biking.

The environmental was amazing. The house has wonderfull authentic style. Above all, however, we greatly appreciated the kindness and helpfulness of the host.

The house was very well equipped for a family gathering. The kitchen was great for preparing family meals. We were 8 for part of our stay and the large dining room and lounge were ideal for our group. You do need a car or bike to get into Abcoude. Frustratingly parking in Abcoude is not good with 2 hour time limit so bit of a hassle to go to Amsterdam by train as required parking quite a distance from the station and walking but we figured a way that worked for us. The little restaurant next door is busy particularly at weekends but is handy for a bite to eat or a drink. The house has a lovely countryside setting which suited us but does come with drawbacks for example the WiFi isn’t great and the abundant bird life can be ‘messy’ but that’s nature😊 Would definitely stay again.

Great place and host. 20-30 min away from downtown. Peaceful and quiet place. Outside area over the canal is beautiful. This is our second time here and we recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and smelled amazing from the moment we walked in. It was also very peaceful — no noise at all, which made it easy to relax and get a good night’s sleep. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We felt very welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home, which was spacious, clean and filled with interesting details. Easy access elsewhere with trams, but Linsey also gave good tips for the nearby surroundings.

The attentions to the reception and the friendly host immediately made us feel very warm. The house is located in a lively cozy neighborhood and yet we were not bothered by this in the bedrooms at all. We slept well and could hear the birds early in the morning. We may come back with our family.

Niels's place was absolutely perfect for us. We are a family of 4 with 2 children of 11yrs and 9yrs and the apartment was brilliant. Super comfortable, super well equipped and in a fantastic location. There are lots of great places to eat, drink and see on the doorstep and if, as we did, you rent a bicycle you have the whole city within reach in minutes. Overall, a supercool apartment in a supercool city! We will be back ;-)

Very nice apartment! Well appointed & clutter-free. Kitchen was stocked with necessities for breakfast-making & light meal preparation. Lots of light! We very much enjoyed the balcony & the cross-breezes flowing from the doors leading to the balcony to the front windows opening on to the street. Parrots to watch in the garden below. The location is terrific & very convenient to the metro, trams & buses, as well as good walking to the city center for museums &activities there. Nice restaurants and shops in the neighborhood and food-shopping markets nearby including a health-food store. Sleeping is good as the street is relatively quiet & the apartment, itself, is in a quiet building. Just a heads-up, the WiFi signal is rather weak should you need to work from the apartment. This was not an issue for us, but something to consider should that be a part of the plan while staying here. Thomas was responsive & allowed us an early check-in which was much appreciated with our arrival time.

My thanks to Wilma and family for their friendliness and being so helpful. I have had a most wonderful time. Will miss the farm and the animals. I wish them huge success with their dairy farm. Perfect quiet setting, and conveniently located close to multiple train stations. We were amazed at how quiet this neighborhood is, given its close proximity to the city center. Iris provided helpful info on nearby markets & great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!
