Miwa's place is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of Japan's megacities. The house and neighborhood genuinely make you slow down and relax as you enjoy the slower pace of the countryside. Miwa and her mother were responsive and incredibly helpful. They prepared a book for you detailing nearby recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The house is comfortable and the amenities are generous. I highly recommend staying here if you would like to slow down a little bit and relax. Miwa's house is also conveniently located near some of the post towns of the Nakasendo trail like Magomejuku and Tsumagojuku.

I used Ito's place for the second time, and I'm so satisfied! There is a bus going to the city nearby, and the subway is also located about a 14-minute walk away. This is the place I want to stay every time I come to Nagoya

Naomi was helpful enough to allow me to extend my stay beyond the booking on two occasions. Really recommend anyone visiting Nagoya University to stay here as its pretty close
