Hello everyone, welcome to the best place in Kyoto. It is quiet and convenient for you to relax. Then our staff can speak Chinese and English! It took us two years to find this quiet building with an elevator, and then another year of good faith negotiations with the landlord to convince him to buy this building, which is really a Japanese building, and you can directly experience 100% of the daily life of the Japanese people! We thoughtfully decorated more than a dozen rooms in this building into different unique styles. The themes of each room were handmade and painted by us. On average, we can open a new room for an average of more than a month. We're also thrilled that Airbnb's three accounts have received more than 300 five-star Superhost reviews, and because we choose our bedding with great care, many of our customers say our beds are great to sleep in! We also care about cleaning, and we know that cleaning and cleaning outsourcing is the cheapest, but we don't feel the care and temperature, so our room is completely cleaned with our utmost care. But the most important part it is walkable to Bentecho Station (Chuo line & JR line) which make your life easy to go to anywhere you want, and just one train straight to the Kansai Airport! We had a fantastic stay at this modern and well-equipped home. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk to Dempo Station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around Osaka. It was especially perfect for visiting Universal Studios Japan (USJ), which was only a few train stops away. The unit is newly constructed, clean, and spacious, providing a very comfortable stay. The super-fast Wi-Fi was perfect for both work and streaming. We also appreciated the Keurig espresso machine, a great way to start each day. Easy access to Dotonbori and local shops made the stay even better. Would definitely stay again when visiting Osaka. Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5)

Hong’s listing is a beautiful spacious home in a quieter part of Kyoto. It has a couple of great local restaurants nearby and is only a 7 minute walk from the beautiful Cherry Blossom Garden at Hirano Shrine. The tatami room and garden in particular are the best parts of the house. As a host, Hong is responsive and understanding. We had an issue where the key to the home fell out of my pocket at one of the shrines and we did not realize until later at night after a late dinner. Unfortunately we had to spend that night in a hotel since we were unable to get ahold of Hong due to the time. Hong eventually got in touch with us that night and we agreed on a time in the morning to meet so they could provide us a spare key and we payed the fee to replace the lock. Luckily, we were able to retrieve that key from the same shrine later that morning and Hong had a member of staff refund us the key fee money right back at checkout the next day. Would recommend the space and host to anyone.

First of all, thank you very much to the host for renting the house to our family. The house is roughly the same as the pictures. It takes about 13 minutes to walk from the station to the location of the house. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful surprise. The only thing that makes people unhappy is that when we checked in on the day of our stay, we found that the second floor of the house was not thoroughly cleaned and there was a smell. After explaining the situation to the host, the host read it and did not reply to any messages or solve the problem until we checked out.
