Monthly Rentals in Genesee County

Our stay was great. The house was easy to find and easy to get into. The house was clean and rooms were comfortable. One of the best stays we have had. Will definitely book again next time we are in town

This carriage house was so adorable and perfect for my dog and I who was competing in Flint for the weekend. It was nice to come back each day to take a walk at Mott's park and then get a good night's sleep for the next day. I also felt safe taking her out when she did wake me up in the middle of the night because the yard was so lit up, which I really appreciated. If we ever compete in Flint again we will be back.

The space was beautiful! It was very welcoming and very new. Probably one of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed in. The area is a bit run down but it fit what we needed! Mallory was also very responsive and very nice!

The house was clean and comfortable and there were games and books for the kids to enjoy while we stayed. There were snacks available for us when we arrived and Ron even brought us over some fresh eggs from his chickens. What a wonderful and hospitable host. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again in the future.
