Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Genesee County

They had great activities that we could join in with the other residents, every person on staff was super-nice, personable, and responsive. The security of the place was amazing! We had our own view of the doors from our room, and the ability to get in and out was also great. The balcony was an added bonus, and we spent the majority of our time when we were there, out on the balcony enjoying the view! Everything about Vicinia was amazing! They have a bar on premises (that closed at 7pm), but we were able to enjoy the festivities with the other residents. Everything there was clean and sanitized. They offered a breakfast until 9:30am, and coffee all day. There are so many great offerings from this AirBnB that we will absolutely return! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will recommend Vicinia to anyone who will listen!

The decorations are a Winter wonderland and so close to Frankenmuth, but within our price range. It felt like a home away from home with the cozy ambiance and so much attention to detail. All within walking distance to downtown, it made our time here incredible. A perfect place to take a friend, spouse , children and grandchildren. I will be back and share my excitement with others. Thank you for being such a great host.

This is the PLACE I guarantee any unit that’s attached to Sage name is nothing but clean & peace lol! Highly Recommended! My family & I had the most wonderful stay at Mallory’s Airbnb in Mount Morris ! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed & at home. She is an incredibly kind & gracious host, making sure every detail was taken care of. The home itself is absolutely spotless—easily one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Every need was thoughtfully anticipated, from fresh linens & toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, & the décor was simply stunning- elegant, cozy, & beautifully curated. Location is safe & quiet. It’s clear that Mallory takes great pride in her home & in providing an exceptional experience for her guests. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I can’t wait for our next trip to Michigan, so we can return to Mallory’s if it’s available! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb experience in the Flint/Mount Morris area. It was amazing

We were coming to Flint for a celebration of life for a cousin. We found this beautiful Victorian home in Linden, just 18 minutes from the airport and my aunts. It was a great, easy drive. The home was exactly as explained, beautiful, clean, and just what we expected. We loved the garage, and parking that kept us out of the cold. The video by Gene was helpful and we easily knew how to adjust the temperature. The beds were comfortable, the rooms a great size. We made coffee every morning in the available coffee pot. We could cook if needed, although we didn’t. The fridge had room for food as needed. We ate lunch at the Linden Hotel, that was very close and ordered pizza from the liquor store based on an recommendation. Overall we had an awesome 5 days in Linden and our stay at the Victorian House. Gene and Ashely were awesome host. They responded quickly before I reserved , during, and after. This stay was so awesome that we are looking to stay again during 2025.

The stay was great! Had everything we needed! Chris was super nice and lives right next door and he checked about the snow on the stairs and made sure we had a nice path to walk out to the cars. That was super helpful and extremely nice!

Todd was very helpful with clear directions and instructions, and very friendly as well. We were staying for a family get together and felt right at home. The place was beautiful ! We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of supplies provided, plenty of toilet paper paper towels and even coffee. I would recommend this place for sure 👌

She definitely made me feel like I could reach out with questions anytime. We absolutely loved this place and will be planning a trip back soon!

We really enjoyed our stay at The Screaming Eagles Lodge. It was perfect for our weekend at Frankenmuth and Birch Run. We would definitely book another stay and recommend others to stay. Nichole was very prompt with any questions we had for her.

This was our first Air BnB experience, and it was fabulous! It felt like home away from home and it was delightful to return to the house after a day of being out. For our party of 6, it was the perfect amount of space. The check-in experience was smooth, and the house was very cozy and peaceful. Things were kept neat and tidy inside. Towels, toilet paper, blankets, etc. were well stocked. House was as advertised, and we found even exceeded our expectations based on the listing. Thank you for providing us with a great stay, Renea! If in the area in the future, we would see if this place is available for staying again. A hearty recommendation!

We had traveled from Virginia to visit with family for Christmas. Our arrival was earlier than expected and asked if it was possible for an early check-in. Mandi advised there was a same day checkout but was able to accommodate an early check-in for us. The home is beautiful, very clean, and setup perfectly for a rental property. The large and numerous windows offered exquisite views of the lake the house overlooks. We did visit during a Michigan winter, so there was no expectation of using the lake. However, upon walking down to the water I noticed a couple of kayaks and a paddle boat that would be great when the weather is warmer. Mandi is very attentive, proactive with communication before & after check-in and is quick to respond with any questions or needs. We highly recommend and would choose Mandi's home for future visits!

Michael’s place in South Lyon is a gem. He has everything you need, he keeps it well maintained and clean. He had all the basics in the kitchen alongside a washer and dryer in the basement. It is connected to well water, something that I had never experienced before, but I grew used to it. I was there with 3 kiddos under 4 and he brought over some balls for them to play with, gave them a ride on a tractor and even showed them some baby bunnies. It was a stress free experience and the area was very quiet and safe. Thank you again Mr. Mike.

This was honestly one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! I did not want to leave. The place was very cute & perfect for a nice weekend getaway. The few questions that we had throughout the stay the host responded very quickly to get the questions answered. I highly recommend this place!

Michelle place was wonderful! The place had the historic home feel and the beds were comfortable. Beautiful area of town just a short walk to downtown, park, and river. Really close to the hospital if you're staying in town to visit a loved one. Highly recommend Michelle's Place!

What a beautiful Luxury apartment! We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. This is a huge space with a lovely view of downtown Lapeer’s Main Street. The space was very clean and tidy. The bathroom was spacious and tidy. Lots of storage room. Easy in and out of the apartment, easy parking with many of spaces available. We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to staying here again.
