Vacation rentals with beach access in Genesee County

This might be my favorite home that I’ve stayed in using Airbnb! Hanna Hospitality was super communicative, proactive, and kind. The home itself felt extremely clean and like a family home. I spent most of my time out in downtown Clarkston, but pretty much stayed on the deck or in the water when I was there. All of the furniture in this home was clean and comfortable, making it easy to lounge indoors and outdoors. The bed was almost more comfortable than my bed at home. The home is as described, and even cleaner than expected. The only challenge and my reason for the four stars: it was a bit frustrating to get into the front door. Hanna Hospitality provided clear directions for the keypad, but it’s weird that you had to “wake it up.” I hope I get to stay here again each time I visit Clarkson! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family and in a safe, gated community. The kids had a great time at the indoor pool. The home itself is beautiful. Emily was kind enough to leave all of the essentials we could have possibly needed. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The beach access was incredible for quiet mornings. Well stocked with things to do, it was a joy to watch the other renters take the boats out to fish and relax. The neighbors were all friendly, the neighborhood a short and sweet walk. It was an incredible stay, we ended up extending because we weren't ready to leave! Loved the fully equipped kitchen and though we didn't utilize it, free laundry facilities are always a plus for lake vacations (no more smelly bathing suits on the way home!) The thermostat was straightforward and the wifi connection was strong. No complaints here!

This host has a wonderful home to stay in! I would come back here anytime, the location and view of the lake is absolutely beautiful! On top of the beautiful home, the host made it that much better! Very respectful, and if you have any questions they respond quick! Thank you for having us!

Lisa is always a great host, when we come into town we always try to stay at one of her properties. great communication and house is always clean and she has everything you need from toiletries to kitchen basics. Thank you Lisa!

lisa was a very sweet host and was kind enough to introduce herself. she responds very quickly, as a business owner myself, it was very impressive how quickly she responded. you can see the train tracks from the house, which to some might be a down side, but we quite enjoyed that, so if you're a train person, bonus! also love that it's pet friendly and there are notes that may answer any possible questions before you have them, that was very helpful considering I can be quite forgetful.

The host was very nice, accommodating and communicative. The house is stocked with an abundance of anything you could need- towels, sheets, blankets, kitchen amenities, cleaners, etc. Our stay was so easy and pleasant. We had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was the perfect amount of space. Would definitely rent again.

Great Labor Day weekend stay in this cozy yet spacious home on the lake with an excellent fire pit and walk out lake access including amenities such as canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards. The s’mores welcome package was indeed a nice touch.

The stay was very comfortable. Everything is labelled and there’s instructions for all utilities. The views are just beautiful and the house and area are much prettier than the pictures. The lake, the sunsets, the wildlife; it was all so serene and calm. I’d love to be back in warmer months. Neighbours were extremely friendly and helpful. I can say I felt right at home.

This was our 2nd trip in 2 years to the house in December. This is a great location to stay when enjoying Frankenmuth. It only about a 20 minute drive to downtown. The house is absolutely gorgeous. It was spotless upon arrival. All of the beds were very comfortable, with everything that you would need for a stay there. There is Christmas tree set up for the season. Renee is a fantastic host, quickly replying to any questions and providing information. I would highly recommend staying here. The view of the lake is stunning and a summer stay there would be perfect. Hope to make it an annual tradition to go there for our family annual trip to Frankenmuth.

Amazing place to stay , I highly recommend . This is my second stay and I had to bring my dogs this trip, I couldn’t be more satisfied. The fenced in backyard was amazing, I had two very happy dogs . The House is always clean, great communication and overall very comfortable. I look forward to my next stay .

Location is super convenient. The house has a great view and fire place, which made our winter stay extra cozy. Daniel was a super communicative host. Definitely would stay again.

Great place to stay in Michigan. One of the best

We had a great time staying at Heidi and Darren's pretty cabin! The place was cozy and had everything we needed. There were so many activities and games you could do with your fam and friends without even leaving the cabin. The instructions were very detailed and accurate and the owners were also responsive, so we had no trouble checking in and out. We will definitely visit again whenever we come back to MI!
