Giovanna and Antonio are INCREDIBLE Hosts, super friendly, willing, discreet and always attentive to what you need to resolve. Worship, friendly, fraternal, and affectionate, everything you can ask for from a person in them. The house and the place, UNIQUE!!, a spectacular view of the sunrises and sunsets, the view from the kitchen, but above all from the bedroom IS MIND-BLOWING!! You feel like you own the world looking at the city of Formia and the bay from above. The gazebo in the middle of the olive trees offers you a view during the day and night with some beautiful breezes and where you can make a barbecue to your measure. The whole environment is on one side of the hosts house, but it has ABSOLUTE privacy and both Giovanna and Antonio make sure that privacy is respected. An entire experience the olive oil that they produce themselves, the fresh eggs from their chickens, the figs... if you want to live and feel like an Italian more you must stay here!

Beautiful spot, we stayed in June and it was hot outside but easy to keep cool inside without air conditioning. The scenery is outstanding and it was nice to walk around I side the secluded gated community. Well stocked all around! The kitchen had everything you needed and then some. Even a variety of Italian coffee maker sizes. Linen on the bed was beautiful. It's less than 15 minutes to Sperlonga which is a cute little non-touristy town. I'd recommend parking at the top of the hill your first trip there. Be sure to bring cash especially coins as parking in Sperlonga annoyingly only seems to accept this as payment. Sometimes the neighbors played loud music but our host was able to talk to them and there was no issue from them after that. Host was perfect and greeted us there. Pictures don't do this place justice

Beautiful, very clean and well-kept villa. Big outdoor area with a big green garden. Only 10-15 minute drive to the beach. Highly recommended.

A fantastic house, with plenty of space inside and out, no more than 50m from a wonderful beach with numerous bars; all of it 10 minutes beach walk from the beautiful Sperlonga. A real find!

Augusto is a 100% available person, very friendly already from the first phone calls... flexible and available for any type of need we have had and for both arrival and departure times... highly recommended for everyone!

A beautiful rustic country house, with plenty of space around suitable for children. We also make friends with some dogs and kittens in the area. We have a table and chairs for pleasant dinners, even with a barbecue. Cook with everything you need. Washing machine. Very comfortable parking. Being in the countryside there are some insects but there are mosquito nets and kicks. I recommend arranging the shower stall and replacing some slightly "dated" towels. Very kind, helpful and responsive host. I highly recommend it.

Large, functional , tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort. The garden, well maintained, and also equipped with a masonry sofa and a large table with umbrella that allow you to eat outdoors. The beach is very close and comfortable. The quiet and well-maintained area. Services ( groceries, stores, restaurants) are not far away and both Terracina and San Felice are easily accessible. Mrs. Gaia was immediately very kind and provided us with all the assistance we needed. Very positive experience. I hope to be able to stay at this place again and I highly recommend it to those who want to go to the sea between San Felice and Terracina.

Everything is very nice. Very spacious house, beautiful terrace, well-equipped bathrooms, nice garden with swing for children, lounge chairs and sun loungers available. Real direct access to the beach. The house is complete with everything, you only need towels for the sea. Ample space for cars on the property. Everything completely matches the description. Host available, punctual, and prompt. It was definitely a great experience!!

We stayed in Francesca's house for 1 week and I can only give you the most votes . The very clean house full of every comfort close to the sea and activities ,a beautiful terrace. Francesca was always kind and always responded to every need . I highly recommend it because we really had a wonderful week.

The villa was perfect! Overlooking the ocean and the mountains, the view was simply amazing. My group of 12 spent three days there and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The internet was kind of slow/non existent at times, but likely since there were 12 of us trying to use it! The house is also very remote, not exactly near to anything, so keep that in mind if you're coming without a car. Overall lovely stay and would definitely come again! Thank you Antonio!

An excellent villa and a wonderful host, so helpful and kind. Highly recommend the area and the place. The pool was great and made for many a relaxing day after adventures in Rome, which was a train journey away. Lots of great local restaurants where everyone was very kind and gave us lots of food and wine recommendations. Would love to return again one day.

Fantastic experience! We stayed at this beautiful villa by the sea for a bachelorette party. Charming location, very large and well-kept garden with outdoor shower and direct access to the beach. The villa has all the comforts, very large table and outdoor kitchen covered by a pergola. Separate self check-in is available for individual rooms. The owners are very kind and very helpful. Definitely a great choice!

We had a wonderful week at Paola in Formia. The house is in a difficult to reach spot, but fine to do with a taxi. We walked down daily and went back to the house with a taxi. The house is spacious. The airconditioners in the bedrooms are (fortunately) doing very well. The pool is perfectly maintained and is lovely to cool off. We took a boat trip along the coast (from 10 am to 6 pm) and that was beautiful. I enjoy swimming in the sea. We can highly recommend this accommodation.

I had the pleasure of staying in Salvatore's house in Rio Claro with my family and the experience was simply wonderful. The house is beautiful and quiet, a real retreat perfect for relaxing. It was extremely clean and well cared for, and there was everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well-equipped, making it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals. In addition, the garden is a corner of paradise where we could enjoy the sun and quiet moments. A great advantage of the house is the proximity to the sea, which is beautiful and easily accessible. With a walk to the beach we enjoyed the blue flag sea. A special thank you goes to the hosts, who were very kind and helpful. They made our stay even more enjoyable with their hospitality, hospitality and attention to detail.

Piccolo Paradiso is a well appointed villa high on a hill above Formia with a gorgeous view of the sea and the peninsula of Gaeta. The hosts Antonio and Lucia were very responsive to a few initial issues we encountered. Also, we hired Lucia for a special cooking class and dinner one evening - which was a great experience! This property is very special indeed.

We stayed for a couple of weeks and had a wonderful time. The view from the garden is fantastic and made us smile until the end. If you come here make sure to hike the Monte Orso, eat some Tielle in Gaeta, visit Sperlonga (!) and if you are into a sports challenge rent some bikes at "World Bike Formia". There were a couple of small things that need fixing in the house (missing doorhandles, leaking faucet...), but whenever something actually bothered us it was quickly fixed. Marco was very helpful and put a lot of effort into making sure that our stay would be a pleasent one :-)

A stay very appealed to all of us. There were eight of us, two elders, three daughters and three grandchildren. The house is very big, the garden of a beauty that makes you dream of with a view of the sea just like in the listing. The surroundings are very interesting, as many seaside villages as well as villages in the mountains. Giuseppe and his wife were very kind respecting our privacy and always ready to answer our questions.

The house is on a hill with beautiful views of the sea. It has a lovely garden with magnificent plants and a large pool that was well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and new. The house corresponds exactly to the description. The welcome by Valeria was very kind. She was always available by phone very quickly during our stay and took good care of us.
