Apartment vacation rentals in Gaeta

The apartment was well-equipped and spacious. Annalisa was waiting for us when we arrived. She was very nice and caring. We got tips about restaurants and the nearby beach. It would have been nice here for a long time.

A nice Italian neighborhood steps from the beach! Local business owners and staff are very helpful with us non-Italian speaking travelers. A great location to immerse yourself in the culture and history. Thank you Nicla!

Danny was really welcoming when we arrived, but also respected our space. Didn’t really see him til couple of days before leaving towards home, and that was by chance. Did get to say to both of them the day were leaving towards home. The stay at the apartment was magical, the light, the views of the sea and mountains, the sunsets, the sea breeze... We appreciated the openness, and the many spaces within the apartment to hang out. It was easy to stay organized during an extended stay. The kitchen was a fun place to cook, bright and colorful, and had everything we needed. The location is a very special feature, at the heart of everything. The hosts were especially welcoming and left us a big snack for our late arrival, and were easy to contact if we had questions. We really appreciated staying in their home.

We had a great stay at Alex's place. He and his employee Emma were very friendly and always available. The apartment is very clean and spacious! The kitchen is beautifully large. We especially liked that all utensils were sufficiently available (plates, pots, drying cloths, and much more!) The location is very central in the historic center of Terracina. The apartment has air conditioning. Due to its central location, it is of course always very noisy at night until about 2/3 in the morning, especially if you sleep with open windows, you should know that. But it didn't bother me because I had earplugs with me. When the windows are closed, it is significantly quieter. It's a 20-minute walk to the beach (about 8 minutes by mountain). The only improvement suggestion would be to buy a thicker mattress for the sofa bed, the current one is really very thin! Overall, however, a clear recommendation for Alex's place! We would go again! Thank you!

What a gem of a place! Absolutely spotless residence with all new appliances and furnishings! The bus stop is across the street, there are grocery stores, coffee bars, restaurants, bakeries, delis and the beach all within walking distance! The apartment is quiet and peaceful and I can’t say enough about how immaculately clean the place was. The bedroom I stayed in (there are two) was a quiet, cool oasis and I slept with the windows open to enjoy evening cool breezes! Lovely apartment, lovely hostess. Busses to Formia train station come by every 15 to 30 minutes! Super convenient! Last but not least the wifi was steady and strong which I needed in order to get some work done! Highly recommend!

Ours was a family meeting and due to the presence of different ages we needed to meet different needs. In Gabriele's house we found our ideal place, large spaces available in a cool pine forest, easily accessible on foot, peace and tranquility. We expressed some needs, such as the presence of a high chair and Gabriele satisfied us and allowed us to find it when we arrived. Every time we contacted him, he always responded promptly with kindness and availability. Free parking spaces are also available inside the property. They were very pleasant and relaxing days and it is a place we would definitely like to return.

Very welcoming and courteous hosts, people available and responsive in providing guidance, suggestions and resolving any issues. The experience was excellent, especially for the strategic location within walking distance of the sea. The house is very clean, simple and well maintained, the beds are only a little uncomfortable, the house is really equipped with everything you need. Very nice space outside.

We came here with children for the second year in a row! Because this apartments with their own garden, not far from the beach and the center, near a supermarket and a bakery - an ideal place for a family vacation with kids. The host is always ready to help and answer, Vincenzo and Ornella, who met and supported us on the spot, were attentive and ready to help if necessary. Few negative little things (mentioned in other reviews already) did not have a significant impact on the wonderful impression of the place and we would love to come back here again! Grazie mille!

Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

Short and easy walk to the beach, centro, grocery store and restaurants. We had everything we needed for a 5 night stay. Air conditioning worked well and was a must in the summer heat! Only con was the stairs up, but they are constructing an elevator. Gracious and responsive host who provided local updates and recommendations.

Mr. Stefano's place is a real home: spacious, fresh, clean, well-decorated rooms. Nearby, during this period in July, there is ample parking in the blue stripes. On the parallel street there are all sorts of shops, including restaurants and numerous pizzerias. The waterfront can be reached on foot in five minutes and is also full of many offers, for all budgets and tastes. Finally, Mr. Stefano responded and promptly resolved some small unforeseen events, always being kind and helpful. From the house you can reach beautiful places such as Gaeta and Sperlonga in a very short time (35 minutes the first, 50 the second, considering the most intense traffic due to tourism), but largely paid for by beauty. I highly recommend

adorable apartment in a residential area in a shared context with residents on the upper floor. Perfect environment for a couple or small family. Clean and functional, especially the living area equipped with dishware and oven cutlery and gas stove. A great location for proximity to the sea, reachable from a private street that exudes directly to the beach. Very practical parking space, wonderful sea and location with left Gaeta and on the right in the distance the Circeo. We were in Tara over Christmas, and chose this apartment because it is well heated and nicely decorated. The apartment is very close to the beach, maybe 3 minutes by foot, and also very close to the city center, maybe also 3 minutes by foot. Terracina Doina, where there are many shopping and a beautiful beach promenade, but in the area there are also hiking opportunities in the surrounding hills. We enjoyed the stay. Communication with the hostess was very friendly and helpful, she always had an open ear for our concerns and was very accommodating. Absolutely recommended!
